This company is a joke. I ordered two pairs of baby shoes (grey with peach stripes and brown in size 18-24 months).

I received an order confirmation with a pair of grey/peach shoes size 12-18M and a grey pair of shoes 12-18 M.

I emailed this company immediately after telling them that the order confirmation was incorrect and to cancel the order. (I was worried that this company was scammy anyway, so I preferred a refund instead of the correct order.)

They emailed me back the next day saying that they were already processing the order and couldn't cancel it. I told them the order was incorrect and they needed to cancel it. Finally, the order was cancelled, but a refund was never issued. I emailed them four separate times requesting the refund. They never responded. I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company.

I would never buy from or recommend this company.

Website says cancel within 24hrs. I met that requirement and they didn't even try to help me. Shipped the order anyway.

2tinyfeet is a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I ordered shoes for my child two months ago and still haven’t received my order. When I got an email with a tracking number it showed it was shipping from China. After a month of waiting for my package to arrive, (even though the tracking showed it had supposedly been in my city for 2 weeks) I emailed customer support, who responded they would put a “rush” on my order. Here we are a month later and still no package.

I ordered on 15th March, it's now 26th April and they have stopped responding about the whereabouts of my order.
Definitely a scam, should have checked reviews first - DON'T order from them, there are loads of other companies providing the same product...just Amazon prime them and save total hassle. 🤦‍♀️

I ordered in March 2024 (March 19th) it's now April 22nd (23 business days later) and I still do not have the shoes I ordered.

I contacted Customer Service as my tracking number also wasn't working (the one they email you) and was told, it was the Logistics company issue -- not Tiny Feets and thus, to wait.

Horrible Customer Service, now I am requesting a refund as it appears my shoes are lost in the Abyss. Again DO NOT ORDER! Order from Amazon, or other places -- this place is not worth it!!!

My grandson loves the Summer Sneakers; he says they are very comfortable.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I am giving this wonderful company a great one! They took care of me even months after my order.

AREFUL! Please note, if you have to return your items, it's at your own cost and to CHINA!!!! You'll also be asked to pay for tracking!

I'm having to return the shoes, as they've sent the wrong size (size 15 - not even listed on their site!), covering the fees myself.

Great marketing, but that's it.

I never received my order and despite contact with customer services they are refusing to support and placing the blame fully with their courier. They won't refund or resend the order, instead are having me deal with Evri personally. I would absolutely not recommend this brand.

Not only did I not get the products for OVER a month. They sent them from China and also sent the wrong sizes (easily fit a 4 yo when i paid for a 1yo). To return them? I have to pay myself for shipping to China. The cost would be more than the shoes.

Their “customer service” is an absolute nightmare, they don’t own any responsibility, they take forever to respond, and don’t help find solutions. Example: “sorry it’s taken three weeks already, we can’t give you timing on when they’ll come in, please be patient.”

Please do your research. This company is a scam. The shoes aren’t good quality and you have zero chance of returns. PLEASE don’t buy them. If my order could do anything I hope it can help future customers steer clear.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Do NOT buy from this company. You will not be refunded like they guarantee. They don’t offer return shipping to CHINA. It is out of your pocket. This company is very rigid in refunding and the shoes are so cheap. They smell awful from the chemicals in the packaging so we didn’t feel comfortable having our kid wear them. Get them from a company in the U.S. as there are other brands doing the same design. Be careful. Be thorough. Hindsight is 20/20.

WORST COMPANY! Avoid this company with all you can. The customer service is responsive but that's where everything decent stops. It took over 30 days to get shoes for my daughter. One of the sets doesn't fit her & now they expect me to pay over $150 in shipping to return them. RIDICULOUS.

Still waiting for my shoes to arrive. Ordered on the 5th march.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Tracking code said ‘delivered to mailbox’, but I never received anything! They also refuse to give me a refund and tell me to figure it out myself. The shoes are made in China! NEVER AGAIN! Every chance I get to comment on them advertising I will do it! Horrible company!!

Brilliant service. I had a little problem with the shipping but my email was responded to very quickly and the issue was resolved. I would highly recommend this lovely company. The shoes were exactly what's advertised and I have very pleased toddler! Thank you

Scammers! Dont buy from them. Made my order 8th of February and it never arrived until NOW.

Its a scam. I ordered 3 pairs before Christmas as a Christmas gift for my son, still haven't received anything. I have exchanged 12 emails with them and everytime they send long emails apologizing saying that its in transit. Super annoying customer service, it's definitely a scam.

Estimated delivery April 6 and ordered in early February for my year old grandson’s birthday. Should have been delivered 10-14 days. Nice don’t worry emails. When I asked where they were shipped from I got a 6 paragraph don’t worry and apologetic email but still didn’t say where shipped from. I now question the source of the manufacturer and manufacturing principles. Hopefully labourers treated well making children’s shoes.

In the first email you receive from purchasing it states that processing takes 24-48 hours and then you will receive a follow up email for tracking. I never received a follow up email. It’s a scam just like how everyone is stating.

These are awful. Came from china and they don’t stay on ever. Such a scam don’t buy
