A wonderful service. I placed my lenses order and in 2 days i received them with DHL at my home. They have all payment method available which helped me paying by Apple Pay. The lenses are amazing too.

Legitimate, secure
I bought Iconic contact lenses, the transaction was safe, I had to pay approx 3 usd to the courrier company. The box arrived in the box, secure and top condition. Exactly the colour and power I ordered. Would buy again

If I could give 0 stars I would. Placed an order for 2 pairs of lenses and received fairly quickly and packaging was great. The problem started when I inspected lenses and tried them on, the first pair was fine but the second was not, I cleaned several times but the lenses felt like I had tiny rocks so I was not able to wear them. I sent an email to customer service and didn't get a response so I sent a second email and no response. I opened a case with PayPal and now the company responds but is rude and telling me its impossible for their lenses to be defecated and blah, blah, blah. Order at your own risk because this company is sketchy. I will not be returning ever. Buyers BEWARE!!!!

We first would like to thank you for your review.
We replied to the clients case in less than 30min after he opened his cas and we gladly offered to exchange his lenses after he returns the defective lenses back to us. But he refused to return them and wanted a new pair without returning the pair he states are defective.
Why would one not want to return the defective lenses for a free exchange? Only if they were never defective and just wants an extra pair of the lenses for free.
And if we were sketchy as you are stating, we will not be sending out automated review invites to our buyers after their purchases asking them for both negative and positive reviews.

Lack of communication despite how many emails sent no communication what so ever and no confirmation of purchased item thankfully I receieved it tbh thought it was a scam sight
