BEWARE!!

Bought tickets on the 16th July for an upcoming Porsche 911 Carrera GTS giveaway and now understand that this company advertises multiple individual potential (not even physically owned by 247draws) cars for giveaway then draws (1 of many) competitions to decide a winner for that car only.

These two guys seem to get away with this by asking buyers to click a ‘quick’ disclaimer before buying - removing any liability on them.

If someone sees a draw for a car then naturally they expect someone to win that car.

Additionally by the way you delete ALL instagram messages very quickly from your posts (the only comms channel for customers) indicates that this is clearly a problem you know all about. It’s a complete nonsense to swindle customers under such shady business practices.

You sell tickets for individual cars... a simple entry right?
You have to read the small print to find that all the tickets bought for all the cars are all collated and then there is only one winner and one car / cash given as a prize.
You need to put this at the top off the page for all car raffles to save disappointment or confusion.
