Booked a taxi with 24-7 about five hours in advance. They didn’t turn up and when I rang to find out why was simply told there wasn’t a driver in my area and they might find one in another half an hour. I was already late for a meeting so that was no use whatsoever. It’s disappointing they aren’t proactive enough to let me know in advance so I could make other arrangements. Time to find someone else as I notice other customers complaining of similar experience

Absolute appalling service from this company. I booked a taxi for 5.30 am and received a text to confirm. On the day of my booked trip 5.30 came and went with no taxi so I rang them up only to be told that there were no cars available!!. I explained that I would not only miss my train but also my flight - They said that was nothing they could do and that no cars would be available until after my train had left! They did not even have the courtesey to let me know in advance that there was a problem to give me a chance of making alternative arrangements. I will never ever use this firm again.

I am leaving this review following a serious incident involving one of your drivers.

On 08/01/2026 at approximately 4:41pm, at Tesco, Cardington Road, your vehicle AS11 KOR drove into the rear of my completely stationary car while waiting at a roundabout with several vehicles stopped ahead.

Due to the location being a busy roundabout, I moved to the next safe place to stop just after the roundabout. Your driver then failed to stop, drove past me, and did not check if I was okay. A police report has been made as the driver left the scene.

I have dashcam footage of the incident. This behaviour was intimidating, unsafe, and is not the standard expected from a professional taxi company. I have contacted you privately and expect this matter to be investigated.

DRIVER 35. he was so amazing, made sure we got safe, turned on music on music for us. was patient and drove safely. amazing service, give this man a raise.

Awful had taxis before from location with other operators was recommended 24/7 driver asked for more money than the price on their app. So therefore pocketing his tip !!!

Booked using this company a few times and had a great experience at first but the past few times I have been consistently let down. Phone operators can be very rude and the last cab I had to cancel as it didn't turn up. I have a much better experience using Key Cars.

Booked a taxi for 23:05. Driver arrived 23:00. Rang me straight away asking where I was. Unfortunately got held up due to worm commitment which I explained to driver.
After about 10 minutes, they rang again, told them I was just leaving the building. The driver was rude and patronising, told me there were other people waiting. They then persisted to try dropping me off in the wrong location, not following the address I had listed in booking, then said I had told him wrong.
To top it off, I was charged a waiting fee for longer than he had waited. Very annoyed with this service and treatment

Not a great experience

The problem (put down to a technical glitch in their payment system, we subsequently have been informed) was that they took payment up front online (from another passenger, the lead booker) then when I get home on final stop they say first transaction didn't go through so need to pay again. Meaning they took double the fare. They refuse to call back after many calls since the event.

It was a few days later that they eventually issued a refund. It may be a quirk of this type of job (multiple drops, one online payment) but worth be aware of and checking before you book and find the same problem.

A load of tossers taxi firm .Managers Dont give a care or Supervisor

At one time, 24-7 was a great taxi service, but tonight I was disappointed to be advised that it would be over an hour to pick up from the town centre. What's happened to all your drivers? If they have all migrated to another company, then please advise which company so I can move my regular business to them!
HOPELESS ...

Without doubt the most appalling cab service ever. I had booked a large cab to take myself and 5 clients to Bedford for a sporting event which started at 5pm. I booked a cab for 4pm to give us plenty of time. I paid in advance £175 which was expensive but was ok to pay if service was good. After a no show at 4pm was told by controller that cab was late due to a fault and would be 15 mins. 4.50pm he turned up. No apology, no nothing. Got to venue 30 mins late.
From the Sunday onwards called daily for a refund and fobbed off every time. Manager is not in but will pass on message. Finally got a call whilst on a flight and despite call back numerous times and promise of refund, nothing. 3 weeks on still nothing. Very poor service, and not honourable in any way as promised a refund and nothing.
£175 return for 6 people for a 35 minute cab ride and a return 10.30 so not even after midnight is a rip-off
