2407.pl Omdömen 

I filed a complaint with the Consumer Ombudsman regarding the company 2407.pl; they accepted a payment of over 1,000 PLN for a car part advertised as available, only to later inform me it was out of stock and fail to refund the funds by the promised deadline. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the matter directly, the company continues to withhold my money, citing internal organizational and technical issues—including restructuring and the implementation of a new operating system. The matter has been dragging on for months.

Company took my money for a part they didn't have in stock. Over two weeks after requesting a refund, they still have not sent me a refund. Their finance department has not replied. They blame restructuring within the organization but appear to be a company on the verge of bankruptcy. Do not purchase from them.

watch out gangsters, I had paid with paypal and when the item didn't arrive I went into my paypal and made a report when I had done that it came up that your money is on its way to you. in other words paypal has control over this company because no investigation was needed for refund that says a lot

Disgusting service!

I placed an order and paid for it — the money was charged from my card, and I waited several days. Eventually, I decided to check on the order status, and it turned out the payment had not been received — for unknown reasons. I requested a refund through my bank.

A few days later, the money was returned to my card. I logged into my account to pay for the order again and confirmed the details via chat.

At that time, the price in my account was the same as during the initial payment, but after the manager checked in the chat, it turned out the price had already increased, and I couldn’t pay the amount shown in my account.

In the end, I paid the new higher price, but the very next day, the price dropped back to the original (which was lower).

Terrible attitude toward customers, terrible service!

P.S. Today (after another two days), the price is already three times higher, and I suspect that tomorrow it will drop back to the original again.

If you need spare parts, look for other stores — you’ll save both money and nerves!

No news from them. No answers to calls or emails. Stay away !

Ordered parts didn’t arrive even after 2 weeks. The possible delivery date was unsecure, and parts advertised as being in stock were not available.

Jeg skulle bruge en lille møtrik til en Aygo, som kun kan købes som original produkt.

I dette tilfælde var fragten dyrere end produktet, men det vidste jeg da jeg handlede.

Pludselig skriver 2407pl til mig og forsøger at presse mig til at betale ekstra for fragt, pga en overdimensioneret pakke.

Øhh nej; en lille møtrik kan være i en kuvert..
Da jeg sendte et pænt svar tilbage med ovenstående besked, var årsagen pludselig at UPS var dyrere at sende pakken med..

Men 2407pl havde jo sendt pakken med DPD (PostNord), hvilket jeg kunne bevise da PostNords app var opdateret med pakkens nummer og jeg kunne via dette nummer spore pakke på DPD's side.

- Så masser af løgn eller slet og ret bare et personale der ikke har styr på deres ting.

Jeg har aldrig tidligere oplevet at en webshop pludselig kræver mere i fragt.

Men jeg modtog min møtrik og heldigvis blev der betalt med PayPal.

Masser af polske reservedels webshops har styr på deres ting, men 2407pl er ikke en af dem.

Efterfølgende har en anden person fra 2407pl kontaktet mig og givet en ny forklaring som heller ikke holdt en meter og var rimelig let at skyde ned!

Excelente atendimento e prazos de entregas como descrito no site; para quem procura peças automotivas, recomendo pois o serviço prestado é 5 estrelas mais rápido que qualquer outra empresa do ramo.

Δουλεύω με την συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία αρκετό καιρό. Τα ανταλλακτικά τους είναι γνήσια (εφόσον παραγγείλεις γνήσιο) , έχει κάποια αναμονή αλλά είναι φυσιολογικό, εάν η αποθήκη τούς ενημερώσει ότι το ανταλλακτικό δεν υπάρχει σε ενημερώνουν άμεσα , οι τιμές για γνήσια ανταλλακτικά είναι καλές , νομίζω ότι είναι πολύ καλή επιλογή αγοράς ανταλλακτικών από Ευρώπη.

I've ordered parts for my Toyota Corolla and everything was good. Different brands including the original TOYOTA one which was what I was looking for. Everything what arrived was OE part packed in Toyota labled bags, I can't complain at all. This site works a bit different than others, if you want to save money, you pay less but you have to wait, they basically keep your money and you are waiting. If you want to pay normal price as anywhere else, you have the part pretty fast like anywhere else, I choosed the cheaper way and I was waiting for 16 ordered parts one full month, some parts were earlier than that but two last parts has been delayed so I had to wait because they only sent whole order as one. I don't have any negative experience, when the two last parts got delayed I immediately got a email that they are sorry but the parts has been delayed and that they do appologize which was nice. When I asked on the live chat, they immediately answered with a help. Delivery outside of Poland was good too and fast via DHL in Europe I can't complain. One thing what I didn't like is their payment gate, I wanted to pay with my credit card so I choosed that kind of payment and their gateway is "Imoje PL" which is terrible, they were not able to proccess the payment so I had to cancel my order and then order it again and pay it with PayPal, that was immediately done and my order started to be processed. I definitely recommend this website if you want to save some money and you don't mind to wait some time for the parts.

I've noticed a significant discrepancy between the item I received, and the one depicted on the official Nissan website, despite both having the same part number. We made our purchase from this website after reviewing the item's diagram, which matched the one on Nissan's site. This leads me to be concerned about the authenticity of the product or the possibility of a packing error. "I mailed many times to complain this case. But, This company is not responding any complaints and There is no return and refund."
