I am extremely disappointed with my experience.
I created my first and only account on this platform and placed a live football bet. Around the 70th minute, the score was 1-1 and I bet on Team 2 to win. Immediately after I placed the bet, the score changed to 2-1 against my selection, causing the odds on my bet to increase significantly (10+). It was a very high-risk bet, and I accepted that risk completely.
In the end, my team managed to win the match by a very small margin, and my bet was settled as a winner.
However, shortly after the winning bet was credited, I was suddenly logged out of my account and later informed that my account had been closed for alleged "multi-accounting." This accusation makes no sense. This is my first and only account on the platform. I use a single device, a single IP connection, and I am fully willing to complete any KYC or identity verification process to prove this.
What concerns me most is the timing. The account was not restricted when I registered, deposited funds, or placed the bet. The issue only appeared after the bet won. The company is willing to return only my deposit while confiscating the winnings, despite providing no evidence whatsoever to support the accusation.
I have repeatedly asked for the specific reason for the alleged violation, the evidence used during their investigation, and details of their licensing and dispute resolution procedures. So far, I have received only generic responses.
Players should be aware of this experience and carefully consider the risks before depositing funds. I am still requesting a transparent explanation and payment of my legitimate winnings.
