The set up of the company the technology it uses the price they charge and the end result they produce is just awesome.

Well I had my surgery 1/10/2023 and everything about my experience was amazing the staff really know how to look after you they just can’t do enough any way just had my checkup in Bristol and they were amazing as well deep clean new X-ray and everything still looked absolutely amazing what a wonderful caring company 21D is and would absolutely recommend 21D to anyone looking for full mouth implants.

Customer service is above and beyond, every member you speak with feels like they’re your best friend, greeted with a smile and treated as royalty

From my first conceltation I felt reassured and at ease. The staff are all lovely, kind and helpful and make you feel important. You are guided through all the procedures and answer any questions. After my surgery they were only a text away and answered almost immediately to any concerns. I can honestly say they have changed my life, my confidence and eating habits. It's been nearly 4 years since my procedure and haven't looked back. Thankyou 21d, see you for my checkup next year.

It was very important to me to have the procedure done in the uk, I researched different company’s as did my four daughters, we all came up with 21D being the best, they go about it in a different way, always adding to their expert knowledge and the way they go about the procedure. After having it done, you’re not just sent home and forgotten about, they get you back in for any adjustment, check healing, change to better prosthetics etc, this is done at your nearest 21D clinic, they have lots up and down the country, only the main surgery is done at Warrington with hotel stay being paid for by 21D. The surgery itself is a walk in the park for some, unfortunately not for me, I started to panic because I thought I couldn’t breath🙄this is no problem for the wonderful patient surgeons and nurses, they really calm you down, they’ll give you breaks if needed, I’ve definitely had more painful dental procedures at ordinary dentists. You’re sent home with everything you could possibly need, medication, electric tooth brush, flosser etc and not forgetting a beautiful smile!!!!

Your e mail was sent before my treatment has been completed - delayed due to scans and data being unclear. Today I have had my 3rd set of scans and await a date to return to Colchester for next session.
Hence the 1 star as not yet there.. happy to review again when complete!

Amazing company from initial assessment to surgery,checks and sign off all done with such care professionalism and dedication. My honest opinion is that 21D are actually the best company for full jaw reset as every person I came into contact with was so caring informative and professional. I am extremely happy with my whole experience with this company and so glad I found them. Anyone needing this treatment just go for your initial assessment at your nearest clinic and you will be so glad you did. Everyone feels nervous but nothing to worry about at all, at each stage of the journey you feel well informed and happy to move forward. I’m another very happy patient of 21D.

I came to 21D back in February 2025 for my Free Clinical Assessment. Id looked into other options and decided i wanted the safety and reliability of something closer to home. My sitiation had caused a lot of self confidence issues that had always affected me growing up.

The whole team from first contact on Facebook right through to the final sign off were truly amazing! First of all i had to take photos at home which honestly, terrified me. I wore a partial plate and had a lot of missing teeth and i took the leap. Then came the assessment. The Assessment involved coming into the clinic, being greeted by the tream and asked a few questions about my history and why i wanted the procedure. I knew that this would change my life in so many ways, from self confidence to being to eat comfortably without having to second guess every food choice incase i broke my plate or a tooth. Next up came a few scans of my teeth, mouth and head eith X rays. Then i was told how each tooth would likely require some form of treatment within 5 years which i alreadt kind of knew. Thankfully they were able to help me.

I came back in May 25 for my Operation with DR. Izabela and her team. My sister had been set up in a patient room, fridge stocked full of drinks and a Netflix packed TV while i was taken into surgery. Surgery lasted 3.5 hours, the team were Amazing, Always checking in on me, there was no pain but i did have jaw ache after a few hours and they let me have a quick break and gave me some pain killers. I was suprised by how quick and easy they removed my teeth! Once the procedure was done i was taken back to the recovery room and given ice cream which i failed to eat with grace and i was given a look at my new teeth. I couldnt have been happier to see myself with a full smile, that i hadnt had since i was 12 years old.

Post op care was great, had all my queations answered promptly and advice given helped a lot and after i came back to be signed off I was given a small gift and went home to immediatly eat a plate of steak and an apple.

Since then my life has changed exponentially. My confidence has grown and is progressing slowly, i can eat without fear of breaking my plate or my teeth and theres no pain or concerns or dread for that next appointment.

My Journey with 21D allowed me to be who I always should have been .

From start to finish just excellent sevice & patient care. I really thought no one could help me, told for years by dentists (both private and NHS) that it was the 'end of the road' and full dentures were my only option as i multiple tooth & extreme bone loss.I found 21D by complete chance and so glad I did! Cut a long story short from initial contact in October to surgery in January I have a stable, functioning mouth and a beautiful smile! I'm having to learn how to smile again after years of avoidance because I was so ashamed and self conscious about my teeth. The surgery reset for me was pretty straightforward and my recovery was too. Yes you have to give it time to adjust and heal but it's completely doable.
I can't thank Vijay and the whole 21D team enough. Their expertise and dedication is amazing. They want to and can help the 'no hopers' like me.
This has changed my life in so many ways, from functionality to self confidence and self-worth.

I have researched full mouth implants for approx 2 years, as soon as I saw the video from VJ and listened to the process I was hooked, everything is fully explained and the details of the treatment is so well illustrated in the videos and conversations it makes you so assured that this company is so professional, so knowledgeable so interested in the entire customer feeling you cannot consider going anywhere else. full marks and thank you for giving me my life back.
