Ive deposited a small amount in this casino. I won about 3000euros. When I tried to withdraw I had to provide multiple documents (which is fine). I did so and got verified.
After 2 days they said my money was on its way out and it should take 3-5 business days. After 1 week when I hadn't got the money yet, I asked them why. I got told I had to send PDF of my bank statement to prove I didn't receive money. When I sent them bank statement, they just totally ignored me. After a little while I just got the money back to my player account, so I asked what the problem was. They said: It was some technical errors, but you can try again now. So I did try again, and the same thing happened all over again, now I'm stuck with a lot of money and they just keep saying try again, it should work fine now. (But they never told me what the problem was), they neither told me I received the money back on my player account. It looks like a nice casino, with good games and everything, but the staff does not respond very well, and I've not got my money yet. (Its been over 1month since I first tried to withdraw it).
I feel like they try to exploit the gambleaddicts. They keep sending the money back to your player account, until you lost it all. Its pretty sad.

I won $120 after making a $50 deposit…
I won $120 after making a $50 deposit and I submitted everything they asked for and I was told due to a technical error in their system that they needed an additional 72 hours and once that time passed I was still not paid and they never got back to me and every time I contacted customer care I was told to try and withdraw my funds again and when I did it never got processed and the money kept going back into my 21.com account.
If this isn't a scam then frankly, I do not know what is.

Nothing but bad experiences. The withdrawal process took a long time, and the bank didn't accept the money from the casino, so the money was suddenly back on my casino account without any information about it. The fee you have to pay when you make a withdrawal was not back though. I contacted them twice but nothing happened, so I had to make a new withdrawal and pay the fee again. I also didn't know that I had to wager my own money once before making a withdrawal, and the wagering amount on bonuses is too much. I have been in contact with them many times on the chat, feeling like they don't really understand what I am trying to say. I regret making any deposit on this casino, and I have been struggeling for a long time now to get that money back.

No withdrawl as long as you are winning.
Askgambler announced this casino to be the best casino of 2019. On their site they promoted this casino for withdrawl within 1 hour.
I trusted them. Deposited about 4000 Euro over a few days. Lost a few, won a few. Finally tried to withdraw part of it. It just didnt work. They verified the account, but didnt approve a single withdrawl attempt. Got frustrated, played again. Then tried again to withdraw. Waited couple of days, until i lost everything.
I wish I could leave a review on the askgambler site. But they didnt allow my rating.
Avoid this site at any cost.
