This site starts off really well, good new customer bonuses, well designed site. But it’s all down hill from there.

Once you’ve made multiple losing deposits you assume ok the luck isn’t on your side. So I attempted to call it a day and withdraw at a loss.

Suddenly the next morning as you’ve attempted to take money out of the site you are bombarded with KYC document requests.

Of course like all sites (only required for a withdrawal). These rules are very much in place with the casinos interests and not the customers. But hey we are used to this right.

So documents sent, no money received some two weeks later. No response to my emails. Check Trustpilot and can see a whole manner of people who were not paid out.

Jumped onto live chat and spoke to a very rude and unhelpful Jonathon who clearly doesn’t enjoy his job. But he seemed to take satisfaction in telling me my funds may be purged as per their terms and conditions? Interesting..

I still await my withdrawal, we all know casinos make their money from theft. But I like to hit spin whilst my money is stolen from me, I don’t expect it when I hit withdraw.

There appears to be an obsession with checking details as soon as you want a pay out. Has taken nearly 10 days to get paid and this has happened several times. The customer service is friendly but take for ever and ask time and time again for the same information.

Five star from me. Games are fair, you win some you lose some. Like it should be. Unlike other sites where it’s just take, take, take. Withdrawal process is a bit lengthy, usually around 2-3 days after withdrawing. Other than that it’s a fair casino with decent promotions. Hope it stays this way.
