I just had an awesome first-time experience with 20Cube in Melbourne. Their team, including Paul, Dom and Nur were amazing. There was some confusion about the terms of my shipment from the US and they guided me and helped sort things out which was hugely appreciated.

2+yrs of exemplary service
We have been using 20 Cube for just over 2yrs now. It has been a great experience, Emilie and the team are super proactive and responsive. They have very clear and timely communication, which is super important when it comes to the importation of our goods. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new importation logistics partner.

20Cube delivering quality service.
We have been using 20Cube for many years now and have always appreciated their prompt attention, allowing us to receive our consignments in a timely manner. Recently we had a number of consignments by Sea and Air and into a number of different cities. The knowledge, attention to detail, organisation of transport, problem solving and follow-up by Simon and Joshua instilled a confidence in us that we would receive our consignments without delays.

Three shipments in a row 3+ weeks late
Three shipments in a row 3+ weeks late. They also do not give you any warning at all that shipments will be late. There's no tracking system at all? They have easily cost my business over $50,000 and probably closer to $100,000. DO NOT recommend.

Came across 20Cube just by chance and we started getting them to handle some very challenging shipments. The way they handled and special mention to Jignesh who is taking care of our shipments very personally, our confidence and trust has grown leaps and bounds.
Now 20Cube has become one of our trusted partners in our Logistics and the shipments they handle for us mostly are not the standard and straight forward ones..
The value and care Jignesh and the team put on our shipments are exceptional, especially in the challenges of not just the shipments, but also on the various time zones globally they manage for us, we express our deepest gratitude and thanks.
