Also got scammed for the 36" grill. disputing the charge today after reading all these reviews. Wish I would've looked here first. I saw the grill on facebook and assumed it was legit. Won't be ordering anything from facebook again.

This company is fraud! Ordered and never received the grill! Made a complaint through FTC. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

Ordered the Blackstone 36" grill and received nothing. Stay away from these people.

Total scam waited almost a month they sent me an email once saying my order was not ready for shipment. I would receive another email telling me when it was shipped. 1 month has passed and still nothing. I called the phone number just voicemail

never thought I would get scammed but hey ho I did hell I take my hat off to them .......then ahl take my belt off and lash them to within an inch of there lives by the way I got a watch and the pointers had fallen off

I so cant believe I fell for this scam. I knew something was up when email came back with nothing that made any sense. I did get some cheesy piece of poo pink usb led light. I want to find these guys and stick it up there *******!

Add was on facebook and I took the bait. It has been a month since I ordered with nothing delivered. Never received a tracking number. Their site says the item would be shipped in seven days.
THIS IS A FRAUD SITE. STAY AWAY DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

My son has also fallen victim to this scam. He ordered the flat grill and it has never been delivered. It has been over a month. He tried contacting the company anx he got a generic email stating his order would ship with 7 to 15 days. It had been 35 days. The UK phone number is not vaild either. My son is reporting the fraud to his bank and trying to get his money refunded.

Ordered the 36" flattop grill 1/7/2019 have not received it, and have not heard when it will be delivered. The company has been paid, and no grill. How do I get the grill or my money returned.

i FELL PREY TO THE 36" BLACKSTONE GRIDDLE SCAM. FACEBOOK ADVERTISEMENT SHOULD HAVE CAUGHT THIS SCAM BEFORE ALLOWING THE AD IN THE FIRST PLACE.

I ordered the 36in outdoor flattop gas griddle from SUPERSHOP ,I placed an order Jan 7 and not received the griddle . Received a rubber wrist band from China tho ! what a SCAM . The add for this was on Facebook

I order my 36" flat grill back in 12/1/2018 my paper work says thu 10/1/2019 .I do not get it . This was on facebook thought was legit.Guess not .want money back .

I ordered a stroller and got a iPhone charging cable. I printed my receipt and the canned email response they always send. I also filled out an RMA on their website. I took the receipt and canned response plus the package and cable to my bank and they processed a chargeback. This is possible if you used a visa or mastercard.
