Franco best instructor
I'm very grateful to my driving instructor, who helped me pass my driving test. His patience, politeness, and real approach made every lesson pleasant and stressless. He always explained everything so clearly and encouraged me to be confident behind the wheel. I couldn't have done it without his support and guidance. I strongly recommend Franco to anybody who wants to learn and pass!

Franco - the best instructor!
Today I passed my test at Bromley with 4 minors! Franco from 1st Time School of Motoring was a fantastic instructor, he made sure I was not only learning to pass the test, but learning how to be a better, smoother and safer driver in general. He really made me feel safe during lessons and was great at explaining things and picking up on things I was struggling with. So thank you so much Franco! I would certainly recommend him to all of my friends and family and could not have done it without him!

So happy, best instructor ever, and always funny with jokes which makes it easier to remember stuff.

Best driving school in London
Best driving school in London, passed my test over the weekend after having lessons with Jonas, he was very patient and calm with me as I was a very nervous learner. Couldn’t have done it without him

Rudeness
I have already put in a compliant, but one of the instructors was very rude to my younger sister making her cry coming back from a lesson stating “girls can’t drive manual” when she already wasn’t feeling confident not very supportive or encouraging and it’s disappointing

Hi Charlie-Ann. This has been raised with the instructor in question. Upon speaking with him he made us aware that this student was a recommendation from her partner who is also taking lessons with this particular instructor.

The instructor claims he made a suggestion that the student you're referring to could try automatic lessons if they felt they were struggling with manual lessons as she got very emotional on the lesson as she felt she wasn't progressing & mentioned she had 30 hours of tuition previously. He denies ever saying that women cannot drive manual vehicles. The instructor has both male and female students and many that have successfully passed their tests after taking tuition from him. We have contacted his current female students to find out if anyone has experienced what you are claiming & they had nothing but good things to say about him.

The instructor also didn't charge the student for the full two hour lesson that was booked and only charged her a total of £17 as a good-will gesture as she wanted to abandon the lesson. As a company we apologise for the misunderstanding on this occasion and wish your sister nothing but success in her driving journey.

Bill was my 1st driving instructor, He taught me well and was very helpful and knowledgeable. He help me pass my test 2nd time around @ erith test centre.
Bill is helpful & polite. I'd definitely recommend him.
