We pay for indoor parking, but the car is standing outsite (we have a gps tracker)
When we write to them, no answer.
The car is very dirty when we get it and it’s very easy to see that it has been parking outside.

Lamentable y nefasta experiencia. Al recoger el vehículo note que la bola palanca cambios no era la de mi vehículo. Estaba rota y era viejísima. Ante la evidencia, el muchacho tomó fotos y me dijo haría reclamación interna. Que eran 10 conductores en la empresa y algún compañero la romperia y pondria aquel engendro de bola (se salía y todo). Me pidió disculpas mil veces. Al reclamarlo mi mujer a la empresa responden con que estaba rota ya cuando lo dejamos y que se le saldría al conductor accidentalmente en alguna maniobra.... En fin... Sin comentarios. Horrorosa experiencia.

Dít 'bedrijf' is écht Ongelooflijk Slecht. Kreeg m'n auto terug met wat schade linksvoor, zei nog tegen jongeman die auto terug bracht, je moet nog foto's maken.Weigeren ze !!!
Alle reviews zijn slecht,niet alleen op Trustpilot. Zie andere plaatsen, zijn ook op Facebook.
Oók diefstal uit auto's van klanten. Met vuil interieur terug gebracht ook. Terug brengen na je reis......,laten je rustig meer dan een uur wachten, soms nog veel langer las ik.
Moet ook altijd cash betaald worden, zwart denk ik dus. Iemand schreef al dat SPAANSE Belastingdienst eens langs moet bij deze lieden.
Ook Alicante Airport hierover schrijven, dat zij daar geen klanten meer kunnen benadelen !!
Werd bij mij na eerdere review door iemand van het bedrijf gevraagd naar contract(nr), zodat zij weten dat het review niet van ander parkeerbedrijf is. Manager,directeur, schrijft diegene er niet bij.
Cowboys,rovers,dieven zijn zoal benamingen die ik al bij andere mensen las. ALLES wat geschreven wordt is WAAR, dus waag je er niet aan.
Emailen,bellen, zij beloven van alles, maar je hoort niets,komt geen enkele reactie. Iedereen schrijft dat zij geen enkele reactie krijgen.
Dat ze nog in bedrijf zijn is een wonder, niet eerder over één bedrijf Zovéél slechts gelezen, vrijwel álles slechte reviews. Zijn dus géén ongelukjes meer te noemen!!!

Dejé mi coche que estaba recién pintado e impoluto unos días hace 2 meses y pico, y al recogerlo a parte de dármelo con más de 1 hora de retraso, me lo traen con un golpe en el capó, le estoy reclamando correo tras correo y nada más hacen marearme, me piden fotos que yo haya hecho dentro del parking y les pido yo las que hicieron ellos y no hay respuestas, son unos impresentables, me faltan también enseres personales.
A parte que no aceptan pagos con tarjetas ni bizzum, creo que hacienda debería hacerle una visita.Había usado este servicio en varias ocasiones pero vamos que jamás lo voy a dejar ahí. Valientes piratas

I paid for secure, covered parking but the car GPS data shows they simply parked the car outside every time. My car has gained a few scratches and dents. Three out of four pick-ups, I waited for an extended time before the car finally was delivered at the airport. The professionalism of the staff is highly variable. Do not waste your money on this company.

Experiencia lamentable. Cada vez funcionan peor. Para recoger mi coche, tuve que llamar hasta en 4 ocasiones ya que después de tenerme en espera más de 5 minutos, se cortaba la llamada. Cuando por fin consigo que me lo cojan me dicen que van a avisar lo antes posible y... se supone que te tienen que traer el coche en 15 minutos pero yo tuve que estar esperando casi 50 a lo que hay que añadir los más de 20 minutos esperando a que me contestaran al teléfono. Igual que yo había otras 5 familias.
El servicio es nefasto. Llegas cansada de un viaje en avión y tienes que esperar más de una hora para que te traigan el coche.

MAL SERVICIO.
Hemos pagado un servicio completo de parking y limpieza de coche exterior e interior. La sorpresa es que no habían limpiado el coche, y al salir con el ticket, aparte tuvimos que pagar 4 euros de parking, porque los operarios llegaron con media hora de antelación, siendo que nosotros llegamos a nuestra hora siendo muy puntuales.

Así que para nada vuelvo a este servicio.

Vamos a la única dirección que pone en la web, y resulta que no es ahí. Llamamos y no nos lo cogen. Nos devuelven la llamada 20-30 minutos después. Le decimos que las indicaciones que nos han dado en la otra dirección, no nos llevan hasta el parking. El muchacho indicándonos y hablándonos super mal. Al final lo hemos tenido que dejar en el parking del aeropuerto, que nos va a costar más del triple de lo que teníamos pensado, pero era eso, o perder el vuelo.

This company are scammers
They use underage drivers so your car is not covered by the insurance company
They will steal from your car sunglasses, cd,s , money anything they want.
They will damage your car and when you try to claim they suddenly don't speak English so when you speak to them in Spanish they pass you around to so say manager's who never return your calls or email.
I have had to claim of my own insurance for the damaged and theft from my own car.
NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY !!!!

Nos devolvieron el coche con un golpe, sin avisar ni hacerse cargo. Desconectaron la cámara dentro del coche que hubiera grabado el golpe, para encubrir los daños.
El coche estaba sucio con barro en la parte del conductor.

I used their "service" earlier this week. When I came to Alicante station, 40 minutes before train leaving, the pick-up point was a working place and the person who called me could not speak one word of english. I tried to call them 4 times to get help to find where to go but my calls were disconnected. Thanks to a helpful taxi driver I could find the location 5 minutes before our train was leaving. Not so nice when you have paid 300€ for going to Madrid for holiday!!
Coming back to Alicante I got disconnected twice before someone answered my call. When the driver came with the car he said I could only pay him cash. This is not an information I have received. So I hade to go back to the train station and take out money from an expensive ATM machine. Why don´t they say in advance that you can only pay by cash?? Where I come from no one ever handles cash anymore.
Just un amazingly bad service from start to finish.

Muy mal servicio. Llegan tarde a pesar de tener una reserva prevista, llamar previamente y avisar. Tuvimos que buscar una solución en muy pocos minutos para no perder el tren. No lo recomiendo.

Atención inmejorable, puntualidad y servicio excelente!
Les dejé mi coche el viernes 31 de enero a las 8am llegué un poco tarde, había mucho tráfico y dos chicos latinos, los dos super amables y con una sonrisa en los labios me esperaron cerca de la estación de tren de Alicante, viajaba a Madrid. El domingo al volver, les llame 10 minutos antes de que el tren llegara a Alicante y en el mismo sitio me estaba esperando puntualmente uno de ellos de quien debo decir “es un fuera de serie” amable y educado como pocos, da al cliente una atención que ya casi no existe, su nombre es Eber creo que es de Cuba y quiero darle las gracias por su trato tan cordial, da gusto encontrarse con una persona que te trate con ese don de gentes y tanta amabilidad. No lo pierdan porque vale un montón!

Empresa de ladrones e irresponsables a los que Voy Denunciar deje mi coche durante 3 días y me lo devolvieron aparte de 2 h más tarde de lo acordado con un coche registrado y robado pertenencias guardadas dentro de una cartera, aparte de esto me rompen la tapa e la gasolina la cual adjunto foto, me voy a la central a pedir responsabilidades y me dicen que escriba un correo dando la ficha técnica y la foto del coche, solo recibo una respuesta diciéndome que la parida está en la central que debió caerse está totalmente arrancada y sin arreglo es lo que les respondo enviado foto y vídeo.
Hasta el día de hoy no he vuelto a tener respuesta solo me ha quedado denunciarlos y por supuesto los voy a llevar a juicio ya me cueste más dinero que la propia pieza.

The worst airport car service company.
The problems started with the drop off. The email from 1-parking says to give them a call if you arrive early or late than predicted time. We were due to arrive 15 minutes early, as it will happen to many of you. After ringing the company we were told that they cannot pick the car up early and we had to sit in a parking lot outside the airport.
Be careful when you choose your parking option during booking process online. All options state car cleaning and tyre pressure checks - but these services are not included. We have chosen zone 2, with interior and exterior clean, at a higher price, and the car was not cleaned or the tyres not checked. You receive a contract when you drop off the car at the airport, where on the back, in small print, it states that these services are ‚courtesy’ services, and are not actually included.
In the email explaining the process of car collection it states that the car will be delivered 20 minutes after landing, as they will monitor the flight progress, however it is not. When you call them at the collection point. they say that you should have called them in advance, but the email does not explain that. They do not monitor the flight. Apparently the 20-minute rule relates to ‚fast-track’, which is not explained in the email. Ended up waiting 40 minutes for the car in the car park.
Moreover one of the staff lied on the phone that the car was stuck in an accident, where another said it has not left the parking place for delivery!
This is the one and only time we will ever use this company! We were late for the usual one. There are better services out there.

LLegamos el 31 de diciembre de 2024 en vuelo desde Treviso a las 19:15. Hicimos llamada para recoger vehiculo a las 19:41 y nos tuvieron esperando en el parking hasta las 21:02 que nos entregaron el coche tras varias quejas a los chicos que lo gestionaban. Su excusa, que por motivos ajenos a ellos faltaba personal en un dia tan señalado. Pero atendieron a mas de diez familias que llegaron al parking despues de nosotros. No se lo recomiendo a nadie. Es un desastre. Nadie me paga para que lo escriba, es tan real como la vida misma.

I have used them many times now, I’ll admit the car has never been cleaned properly which I paid for, but it’s a small thing so it’s not really bothered me before as the overall, what you pay for is what you get has met expectations. This time, they stole from my car about 40/50€ of change, they searched my car for! the car wasn’t cleaned, which I paid for and was in fact dirtier than when I dropped it off. Where they jet washed the outside pretty half hearted they dented and scuffed my car, which by the way had just had a total respray in the last year. I even tipped the fella who dropped it off to me on return who looked dodgy as hell! When reported to them the lady basically admitted to me that theft was an acknowledged problem and that it’s affecting the business. No apology, no recompense, nothing! Avoid! I paid extra for my car to be under cover and under 24h cctv, I didn’t realise the criminals would be their own staff!!! Avoid at all costs as they are the epitome of “I don’t give a sh-te, you’re just a target for me”! I will post this to as many sites as I can possibly do as I feel shafted!! Regards to 1Parking’s and look forward to your response (possibly?)

They are totally useless.
I booked a reservation, the last page on their website said I would receive a confirmation email, I did not.
The web page said if I don't receive the email, I should contact them. I have phoned three times, and listened to the massage tell me they will answer as soon as possible. On each occasion they cut of the connection after three minutes. So I emailed them. they did not respond. So I phoned their Alicante number, surprise surprise they did answer, but nobody spoke English.
Thankfully I haven't paid them anything.
And they seem to think in there wildest dreams I would entrust them with my valuable car.
