Similar story to previous customers. The imagery in the advertising is not what gets delivered.
also, they are sent from an address in Sydney, but when we want to return them they have to be sent to Las Vegas at more than $40. This is all on top of the fact that i had to reply three times to get an available size or colour. I feel very let down by the whole process.

Ordered the pants package. pants are terrible quality as they say ya get what ya pay for. Last time I ever buy anything on line

Extremely disappointed with this brand. The pants have absolutely no shape to them—they managed to be both way too big and way too short at the same time. To make matters worse, their returns process is completely misleading. Even though my order was shipped from within Australia, they expect me to pay international shipping to send them to a return address in the USA. Total waste of time and money.

I enjoy the ease of the site to order but have ordered the wrong size. I ordered 30 instead of 38. I have sent emails so hopefully this is rectified and they change my order

You got back quick enough. But you did not address the quality issue. So you will give me $20.00 off the price but I am still stuck with pants that were not made properly in the first place. To wear those pants I would look completely ridiculous. A full refund if I pay all the freight charges, so I walk away with an expense and have nothing to show for it. You tell me how you did!!

This is going to sound the same as other negative reviews as its the same story...

Ordered pants, pants arrived. Ok so far...

Tried them on - waist was too large, legs too short. The cut and fit looks completely different to their advertising imagery, making me think it feels like false advertising.

Asked for a refund, offered $20 but I had to pay postage to return them to USA (AUD $42 to send). In short, it works out the same to keep them or return them.

Despite their advertising, it is definitely NOT a "Risk free experience".

Buyer beware. I won't be buying from them ever again..

The after sales service with 19th labgolf was excellent. The review my issues and sorted them out for me no problems.

shorts are great, but could use deeper pockets

I bought two pairs of Tour Flex - Ultra Comfy Golf Pants. The size I chose didn't fit and Sarah at 19th Lab was excellent in facilitating an exchange for the right size. No charge on the return postage and they were really quick in replacing them. I've worn them a few times and they are very comfy and fit well. Would fully recommend.

This is my first and last experience with 19th Lab. I ordered the two‑for‑one long pants deal and the products that arrived were extremely poor quality — cheap material, poor cut, poor fit, and overall below sweat‑shop standards.

I attempted to return them, assuming 19th Lab had an Australian presence given their 19thlabgolf.com.au domain. They do not. The return shipping cost was just shy of $50, making a return impractical.

In the end, I donated the pants to a local Op‑shop so someone else might get some use out of them. Unfortunately, this purchase was a lesson in the importance of checking a retailer’s legitimacy before buying.”

The quality of these shorts is substandard. The material is very thing and waist line was a single ply of material. When I asked for a full refund I was offered 20% and keep them amounting to $11 and change or I could return for a full refund. I opted for a full refund but was told I would have to pay the return shipping. Well, that is not a full refund.

Cmon 19thLab Golf. If you believe in your product stand behind it. Don’t jerk customers around. Offer return free shipping since your lousy product that was not as advertised is unacceptable. If you believe in your product, stand behind it! 19th Lab do better. It’s unfair for customers to lose money on internet sales because your company doesn’t stand behind their products.
UPDATE: The representative named Sarah who facilitated my return was fantastic. She walked me through what she needed from me to make the return and promptly refunded the cost of the shorts. Still, it cost me $18 in return shipping to not buy anything. This is not so much an employee critique of 19thLab but is more an example of management’s failure to recognize the unreasonable costs they are placing on the customer. If the product is worth marketing, then free shipping including returns should be absorbed by the company. If it’s truly a great product, there should be no concern about returns or exchanges. Make the customer feel special and they will return. Treat them like you’re doing them a favor and they won’t return.

Terrible decision, the main button broke after wearing them twice! When I wrote to 19th for a refund or replacement they offered a $20 voucher, felt ripped off!

Be forewarned!

Customer service is responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. My only addition is to let customers know that there order is coming from Australia. Otherwise great service and love the product.

The social media campaign is slick and I was drawn in by the phenomenal pricing and the modelled images of slender guys wearing fitted trousers and shorts that looked great. I never buy clothes online because one never knows if the fit will be good. However, for the price offered it was too good to pass up so I bought 2 pairs of trousers and 2 pairs of shorts.
The order arrived over two weeks later but the website claims fast shipping. When I tried on the trousers, the fit and cut were terrible. I am 67 years old 187cm tall and slender build with a 36 waist. These were cut for a stockier person with legs 50mm shorter and were very baggy. The shorts were also the same story, very baggy and would suit some with 38 waist and very stocky legs. I contacted customer service to return them and was offered two options: a further 20% discount to keep them or another size. Neither option appealed so I was given a return address of Las Vegas Nevada. I had assumed it was a local supplier in Australia as no where on the website does it mention a country of origin. My bad. It will cost me International Shipping to return the goods and get my money back. Very disappointing - let the buyer beware!
I cannot comment on the quality of the fabric as I have not "road tested" them but it was very thin and light fabric and was creased from the packaging.

The ease to order online, the great two for one offer and the customer service from Sarah was outstanding. Overall a really great experience for a 1st time purchaser.

4 stars because the shorts didn't fit - I needed a larger size. Having said that, the material and quality of sewing was very good. I reached out about exchanging for a larger size and was offered a partial refund - which I initially declined. However, when going to USPS and discovering the cost to mail to Australia I decided to keep the shorts and take the patial refund.
Sarah was very accomodating and I'll probably be ordering more shorts - in the correct size.
