The coffee is really good, and we use it at our business breakroom as well as at home. It is delivered pretty regular unless it is out of stock and then it is delayed, but we realize it is popular and in demand. We switched from Dunkin Donut coffee to 1775 Coffee and never looked back.

We received two separate orders that were damaged in transit, the exterior packaging and the interior packaging somehow slit one-half inch or so spilling the contents. The shipping company passed responsibility back to 1775 and each time they have stepped up and replaced the damaged shipments. The support provided by the people at 1775 is as great as their coffee. Many Thanks!

I have been drinking 1775 coffee for about a year, and have been very satisfied from the beginning (even using less creamer bc it's so good). After a period of time, my order kept going on back order for quite a few weeks in a row, now after a revised customer support my voice was heard and answered. Thank you for responding, correcting the issue and keep making this delicious coffee!

I was very impressed to see Bolivian coffee. I immediately bought a bag and my hotel lost it. When I contacted 1775, their customer service team took care of me and immediately sent me a new bag. I love their Peaberry. It has to be the best coffee that I have tried in the USA. Who would have thought that Peaberry is a rare mutation and that it happens naturally. I was even more impressed to receive one of their email blasts that outlined the differences between normal coffee and peaberry beans. It sounds like they had a hard time with customer service in the past but my experience was nothing less than great!!! I also love everything they stand for!

I had a billing issue with my subscription and after looking at reviews I was afraid the process to get this resolved would be difficult. I was relieved when I spoke to Cristie who very quickly made things right. Glad to see they are turning things around.

I canceled Order #72609 within minutes of being charged and before the order was shipped. I received responses stating the cancellation request would be handled, yet the company still processed and shipped the order anyway.
After the package arrived, I then had to start another series of emails just to figure out how to return an order that should never have been sent in the first place.
The entire experience has been frustrating and unnecessarily difficult.
What concerns me most is the lack of urgency and accountability despite immediate cancellation requests. A customer should not have to repeatedly confirm cancellation, follow up multiple times, and still receive the product after being told the matter was being handled.
After researching further, I discovered multiple public complaints from other customers reporting similar issues involving subscription billing confusion, unwanted recurring orders, delayed refunds, shipping delays, and poor customer support communication.
The coffee itself may or may not be good, but customer service and order management are a major concern based on my experience.
Consumers should use caution when ordering and pay very close attention to any subscription or recurring billing settings.

I initially purchased coffee from 1775 Coffee, but later discovered charges associated with a recurring subscription that I did not enroll in. When I requested a refund, I was told I would need to pay a fee-even though the issue was not caused by me.
In my opinion, this reflects poor customer service and a lack of accountability. I recommend caution when dealing with this company. Based on my experience, I have concerns about the company`s business practices and would urge others to proceed with caution.

If I could leave a no star review I would. I placed an order for their mushroom coffee on November 15th and here it is December 1st and I still do not have my coffee, but they made sure they took their money as soon as I placed the order. After about 2 weeks I am finally told that it is out of stock, and I keep getting the run around from this company. They state their website will not show out of stock because it is run by a third party. Now I am in the process of trying to get refunded or sent a different coffee, but everything is through email as you cannot call them to speak on the phone. I feel they truly don't care about their customers and just want money.

First two individual orders shipped and arrived promptly. Coffee is great - signed up for a subscription I liked it so much. They charged my card but never sent the coffee! It's been over a week and all I'm getting is "we're working on it." Nothing but a scam as far as I'm concerned - don't bother, stay away from doing ANY subscriptions from this company.
