The interaction has been great, always respectful. The staff is always very friendly and polite when getting in touch.

Simple scam, ils vous contactent pour un soi disant concours puis vous réclament de l'argent pour participer a la suite ... Si vous ne donnez pas suite a leur proposition payante, relance.
Après leur avoir demandé poliment ( a la relance, le reste est automatique) on recommence. A bloquer et ne jamais suivre, une galerie ou un magazine ne vous demandera jamais de payer pour figurer dans leur magazine, mais vous demandera le droit de faire figurer votre œuvre dans leurs publication ou autres.

Bref , propos fallacieux, pour en arriver au final a une pompe a argent ( il y a même un discount pour la participation finale si vous voulez proposer plusieurs œuvres ( comme demandé gentillement dans leur email automatisé envoyé en masse ) a leur concours pour avoir plus de chances ...

Although I have just started working in the last few months with 1340 Gallery they already seem like a great company and magazine! They contacted me through Instagram. As one can imagine, I was extremely excited that they gave my art a shot at being featured on their Instagram page and later their magazine. Although I currently haven't been shown in either, they said I'm welcome to enter again for future features. There is no reason I think, to take that as a red flag due to the fact that they have thousands of people entering to be on there Instagram page and in each issue of the magazine. Besides I currently have three pieces featured on their online Gallery which are now open for selling and as they spelled out in the beginning when they offered it to me, all the profits made from the pieces go to the artists. Overall they seem like a great magazine that has the personal touch to want to contact new upcoming artists and give them a chance at showing their work!

I really liked the magazine, it even has my work on the front pages. I am very pleased with this opportunity to share my work, and to be published in your journal, for me it is an honor.

I've had contact with a few people from 1340Gallery and all of them were friendly and very quick to respond. The magazine had some delay in the mail but after asking about it, the respons was also very quick and helpful which was great. The magazine turned out beautiful.
Only thing I think is negative is that at first I thought 1340Gallery might be a scam. I even got a message from a fellow Dutch artist asking me if it was a scam after she saw I was selected for de Q3 magazine.
So I don't know how to improve this, but it's food for thought I think.

I've been contacted by 1340Gallery via Instagram and they asked me to upload some work! I'm very happy about it and It's a great idea that Galleries are looking for you via Instagram and ask if you want to submit some of your work! During selection they ask you to pay a little fee if you want to submit 4 images or 2 depending on your decision. I'm down with that and it's great!

The 4 starts is about the payment method: Paypal. I know it's easy and it works, but i personal don't like it because they ask you for a conversion fee. So this is my personal opinion - it's not about the 1340Gallery - it's only about the Pay Pal. I 2018, there are a lot of start-up companies which they not asking any kind of fee for this payment with conversion. One that I use is REVOLUT, which is great. Send and receive money with no fee. The Revolut idea is convert money on you phone and use a card (example: convert euro into dollars). As pay via Pay Pal there was a pop-up window with dollar conversion asking you to choose which one you like. I think if they put different options other than PayPal is going to be great! Thanks!

Was contacted about their magazine competition. Had a few questions which I wanted to ask first and they explained what I needed to know.

Saw some previous editions of the magazine and I must say that they were beautiful. I have discovered so many new artists I have not heard of before!

Love that they support various NPOs as well.

It is a very good magazine for emergent artists. I am very happy to be featured by them.

I Love 1340 Art! They sent me a DM saying that they liked my artwork and then they published an article with my artwork in their website, wich has really good and different artists, they also have a foundation, great people.

Scam scam scam. I report them as fast as they create new accounts on Instagram, which is multiple accounts each week. Insta takes them down but always there are more. Parasites. Avoid.

They replied (below) but Instagram agrees with me, not them, and are now deleting their accounts almost instantly (as opposed to the months they took previously).

First time i ordered. Took a little time (not fault of 1340gallery but rather Italy). Shipment this time was very quick and the art was true to the photo on the site. I'm very happy. Grazie!

Big artist spam. They ask small new artists for their money to get judget and get free on their website. You get nothing for your money. I tried but got nothing they promise. All good reviews on this site must be fake. If you look on the dates is it almost the same. I think they all are fake. I would trust only the bad reviews in this one as i got scammed from them. You get the same messages over and over again

I was disappointed by the painting I ordered. It has flat-looking paint with little to no texture. But that may be the fault of my choosing. Team 1340gallery helped me returning the artwork. and I got a refund. Thank you!

We really appreciated the many different styles of art offered. We have a modern house and found just the right artwork to compliment several areas. Artwork received as ordered, in perfect condition and at date specified. Highly recommend.

Five Stars aren’t enough!

I was contacted by them through Instagram and applied for Q3 2018 magazine on April. The result came out on July 2nd. My artwork was featured on the cover page!! Moreover, I was selected as ‘Artist of the week,’ and my website was shared with their 91k followers!

While I was waiting for the result of Q3 magazine, they always responded back to my email even though it took a while since they have a high volume of emails.

When they shared my website on their Instagram story, they kept me posted the number of views. They are very friendly and professional.

I truly appreciate the opportunities that 1340art created for me.
