They have the best prices but they need to improve their shipping. I'm in the US and they can take a week or more to ship. Not sure why the delay is so long. Then once it ships it takes another 4-5 days. My most recent order I finally got a tracking number and they said it was shipped 5 days ago but the tracking number still says pre-shipment. Contacted customer service and they blew it off, just said if it hasn't arrived in 10 days contact them again. Meanwhile USPS says they haven't even received the package yet. Customers are waiting on these items to be able to start their projects.

My favorite online shop. I have been a client for many years. Good selection of goods, reasonable prices, constantly different discounts. Fast and cheap international delivery.

They have a wide selection of products to choose from with reasonable pricing. I've only ordered twice from them but both time I received exactly what I ordered with no issues. I actually received my last order two days earlier than the estimated date per the tracking number. It had to travel across the country so I am impressed.
Sent used thread (some missing on 7 different spools)
Every Kreinik spool (7 spools) was used and looked to have missing thread. I am not sure how much of each was missing or if any of the other specialty thread had some amount removed (too difficult to determine).
Complainers
I have been ordering exclusively for about 8 years. I have never ever had any issue with them except 1 time this year (2022). I placed an order & it wasnt delivered when it said would be delivered. So I called them & they got right on it as I received a phone call from a different lady saying, ma’am I’m so sorry your order hasn’t been delivered. I found it was sitting off to the side for some reason. I go right by the post office on my way home & I will deliver it personally & pay extra (at no additional cost from you) to have it overnighted to you. It was delivered the next day just like she said! I’m very pleased. Everyone there is very helpful, very friendly & willing to go the extra mile.
I think the negative reviews that I’ve read is just people who like to complain about any & everything! IMHO
Long time customer
I have a customer for years. I love the variety of products. Thier customer service is awesome! For example I recently order some Kreinik braid for a major project,after placing my order I contacted customer service I asking them to change the size. They did it! I was so relieved! I have on occasion used other company's but always come back to 123 stitch. Keep up the good work guys
Quality of floss
I ordered Baby Deer Quilt and it floss are horrible, cut all the time while working.
Unfortunately I'm not enjoying working on that one.
I wrote an email but I'm not expecting much.

I have shopped with 123stitch for as long as I can remember and I’ve never had a problem. In fact, I’m waiting for an order to come right now! With Covid and all the problems getting product to the stores, I know I can always get my thread when everyone else is out! I look forward to a continued long and favorable relationship with this company. It’s the mail holding up packages not 123stitch please remember that. It’s out of 123’s control.

I was reluctant to order from 123stitch.com because of a couple of bad reviews. I went ahead and was sent a tracking number. I got a little worried when it read that it hadn't left the warehouse and when I went onto the site to look for the stamp I had ordered, it said out of stock. I thought I was going to have a fight over my stamp. However, I have received my order today, it didn't take long to get to me and it was very well packed. The bad reviews I seem to remember reading were mainly about the length of time their order got to them. It isn't the company's fault that goods get stuck in the postal service. I think we all need to have a little Grace sometimes.

123Stitch is an excellent company. They have the largest selection of products at the best prices. Should there be any problems with your order, service will go out of their way to ensure complete satisfaction. I'll definitely be going back to them for all my cross stitch purchases!
Canadians Don't Order From Here
123stitch processed my order in one day which is excellent but they use a third party mail service which is horrible. My package went from Utah to Los Angeles in 2 days and has now been sitting in LA for 3 weeks. At this rate I don't think I'll see it for at least another month which is pathetic service from the USA to Canada.
Update: My package sat in LA for 5 1/2 weeks and took exactly 7 weeks to get to me from the day it was shipped from Utah. Will not be ordering from this company again.
First time purchase on this website
First time purchase on this website. Ordered DMC thread color chart. They had the best price out of all other places that I looked and compared to. Ordered it on 4-4-20 and it was delivered on 4-11-20 to the U.S. Not too long of a wait. I enjoyed the first time experience with them. Might be looking at other things that they offer sometime soon. The only thing is I wish they put their product into different package. The color chart has damaged corners but it's nothing too serious. Maybe wrap the product in bubble wrap or something. But other than that everything was good. Thank you for fast shipping.

I have shopped at least 5 years @ this website,, and never was I dissatisfied, not once I called a while back With questions re: fabrics The person on the phone took time and sent me on the track I wanted ....I never shop patterns anywhere else I have sent all my friends and they agree this used to be difficult but 1-23stich made this a labor of Love!

Twice I have ordered from 123stitch and nothing was shipped. The order date keeps changing FOR WEEKS. Their website did not indicate ANYTHING in my orders was out of stock. I cancelled both orders. Never again. Save yourself the hassle and order elsewhere.

Product was normal so I gave 2 stars but the shipping time was horrendous. Took 2 weeks to go one state over. If you need the item in a reasonable time for this type of product (3-5 days), look to another company.

They are the best place to buy cross stitch. Whenever I write them an email they answer right away. I have been ordering from them for a long time as i need things.I am at the moment waiting for them to ship me an order i made. They are very helpful and once they sent the wrong thread and sent right thread and did not have me send back what i had that was wrong. I will continue to order from them as I always likes crafts. I do more needlepoint then cross stitch and not only is the dmc thread lower in price but also the shipping charges are always reasonable and the items are always packed very well. Thank you for being such a good place to shop. I live in California and could buy at different stores but i prefer this place and will always order from them.

*deep breath* I just got off the phone with them to inquire a second time about an order I placed in mid-December. Their website indicated the order was to arrive on Christmas Day. I figured that was perhaps optimistic but I was ok considering the season. Fast-forward 3 weeks, and I called to find out what happened with the order since I'd received nothing. They were apologetic and indicated that the distributor was out of stock and that I should receive the order in about two weeks. Ok, not ideal but fine.
Fast-forward to today. I call back a little more frustrated because I realized that it has been 45 DAYS since I placed the order. The lady who answered the phone indicated as I'd heard before that they were out of stock, and that they had no idea when it would be in stock. So I think, but don't say, "Wait, what? You run a store and you have no clue when your inventory will come in?" I pressed this point and they said, this time offering a "this is how it is and I don't care what you tell me" tone of voice, that they had 135 orders, apparently of this same item, and all of them had to be filled so she had no idea when mine would be shipped. Now I'm thinking, "Wait, WHAT? You have no queueing system? No way to tell the nth person in your queue when approximately they might get their product that according to their website was effectively promised to arrive on a certain day??? And how exactly is this my problem?" So I, frustrated now, push back: this is bordering on unacceptable, I need some kind of estimate. No estimate, it could be two months. And would I like to cancel. Yes please, cancel my order. In fact cancel your whole store. How do you run a business like this??
So, do yourselves a favor; avoid this store for online orders. And if you decide to order you might as well mark your calendars for delivery in Nevuary of 2018 because for all these people know, that's when their orders are going to ship.
I ordered from dmc dot com instead. Hopefully their estimated delivery date actually means something.

I've been shopping with them quite a while. More so now due to stitching more. And not a lot to offer in Greensboro, NC. They have a tremendous amount of products. They are very fair priced. No problems with exchange I did a couple of weeks ago.
