121 Cleaning Services were amazing when we needed cleaners at short notice. Nothing was too much and the standard of the work was fantastic. Would definitely recommend them and use them again. Thank you

We have been using 121 Services for 5 years. We are a small Victorian School and past cleaners have not stayed long. Amanda came in, she was professional, positive and accommodating with all our requirements. We now have a regular cleaner who never complains, even at Christmas with all the glitter! If an alternative cleaner is sent in, I know they are going to be of an equal high standard (and with a DBS).
If ever we have any additional requests or short notice problems Amanda is always readily available and will deal with it with a smile!
I have and will continue to recommend them!

We have worked with 121 Cleaning Services for a number of years. As a small rural Primary School the building is old and has lots of oddly shaped rooms, nooks and crannies. Initially used 121 as was let down by another company, and they was able to step in last minute and help to deep clean a property , they did a fantastic job staff was polite and punctual and very professional they handled every job I chucked at them and did an amazing job was so impressed with the job they did I now use them for all of my property’s .

Have never let us down, always been easy to contact, staff are very friendly, trustworthy and can be left to get on with the job in hand

This company employs people then sack them without pay. Not ethical. So wouldn't use them.

Top company with a great hardworking team

We used 121 cleaning for the first time in November 2020 for a one off deep clean, this is not an easy building to clean and nothing was a problem. They are on time, polite, very thorough and always ready to respond at short notice too. We are very happy with their service and are now using them regularly for post event cleaning at Westgate Hall and recommend their service.

Apart from minor and inevitable and very occasional glitches I have been entirely satisfied with 121 over the years they have been cleaning my holiday let. It is not a small building but they always manage their clean efficiently and pretty well perfectly. Their staff are unfailingly pleasant, and they respond to sudden changes of requirements with alacrity. They have performed excellently with the extra work necessitated by Covid 19.

Callum is definitely the most diligent window cleaner I have ever had!! He did a fantastic job, was polite and friendly and I would absolutely recommend him.

Dan did a really good job of windows and it wasnt rushed at all like some we have had in the past. Very pleased with the end result and would 100% reccomend them.

Callum and colleague has been very polite and efficient, left the facias and windows gleaming . I would not hesitate to recommend their service and will be having the windows cleaned every month from now on
