10XBNB was officially founded in March 2022, but our story started long before that. Our founders, best friends Ari Rahmanian and Shaun Ghavami, met while attending University of British Columbia. Shaun went on to work in the banking sector while Ari pursued medicine… only to both find themselves completely unfulfilled and lost in the corporate system. They knew if they did nothing and followed the same path as everyone around them, they’d be spending 40-60 hours a week in an office cubicle, shackled to one location in the world and working hard to make someone else rich and happy. Then in 2017, Shaun was introduced to Airbnb by a coworker. He was skeptical, but after investigating things further he realized the opportunity was too big to pass up. So Shaun spent any free time he had to educate himself on everything Airbnb. Especially, how to get started in Airbnb without owning any property. After making a lot of mistakes along the way, Shaun pioneered business systems that allowed him to make a living from other people's properties. By providing a valuable service to landlords. He recruited Ari to help him grow the business, and they now have 24 properties. Shaun and Ari have climbed the Airbnb Everest and operate within the top 0.1% of all Airbnb practitioners. Friends kept asking them how they were living with so much time-freedom, so they told them what they were doing and began sharing their system. 10XBNB sprang out of the groundswell of demand for Shaun & Ari to share their method with a wider audience. So that all across North America, total beginners could start their own Airbnb business, even if they don't own any property whatsoever. JOIN 10XBNB!

Step-by-Step Coaching That Builds Real Confidence

The 10XBNB program has been an incredible experience. The coaches show up week after week, consistently answering questions and guiding you through every step of the process — from finding potential clients to closing deals with confidence. They’re very responsive and take the time to break things down in a way that’s easy to follow.

What stands out most is the hands-on support. You’re not left guessing — they give clear, step-by-step guidance on how to research, connect, and make deals with clients. It’s been one of the most structured and supportive programs I’ve joined, and I’d recommend it to anyone serious about building a business in this space.

Truly Eye-Opening & Life-Changing: The VIP Boot Camp Delivered!

The September 2025 10XBNB VIP Boot Camp was truly a game-changer for me. I walked in unsure of where to begin in the short-term rental world, and I’m walking away with clarity, confidence, and a real strategy I can move forward with.
Coach Carlos Herrera was the standout for me. He didn’t just teach—he poured into us from his own knowledge, experience, and unique skill set. You could tell every lesson came from someone who’s not just talking the talk but actively doing the work. His ability to break things down, stay real, and challenge us to think bigger was exactly what I needed.
This boot camp gave me more than just information—it gave me direction. I now see this business not just as an opportunity, but as something I can genuinely succeed in.
Huge thank you to Coach Carlos and the entire 10XBNB team. I’m excited for what’s ahead and grateful for what I’ve learned!

I'm just beginning the program

I'm just beginning the program, but the onboarding personnel - Leslie - has been phenomenal at keeping things moving and helping me stay accountable. So far, the support promised is the support I've received - unlike other programs I've joined that have not delivered.

“A Game-Changing Experience with Coach Carlos”I can honestly say working with Coach…

I can honestly say working with Coach Carlos through the VIP Boot Camp has been a game changer for me. Before starting, I had a lot of curiosity about the shorter-term Airbnb business but also a fair share of uncertainty. Carlos broke everything down in a way that was practical, step-by-step, and easy to apply.

What stood out most was not just the knowledge he shared, but the confidence he instilled in me. I feel like I’ve gone from “wondering if I could do this” to truly believing I can build a successful business in this space. The VIP Boot Camp gave me tools, strategies, and—most importantly—the mindset to move forward with clarity.

Coach Carlos is more than a mentor; he genuinely cares about your growth and success. I leave this experience feeling not only prepared, but excited for the opportunities ahead in the shorter-term rental business.

Who Has Actually Rented Out Any Property/Properties

With all the 5 STARS , am yet to see someone to confirm that they have actually rented out multiple properties or even a single property . Am i missing something? All i read is about the training and how great the coaches were which is great and amazing , but for those that have invested and actually took the training , please would anyone confirm how many properties you have actually rented out and how long it took you to rent out your first property .Please i would really appreciate an honest truth. Thank You !

Thank you for sharing your thoughts and questions. We’d love to clarify, as this is an important point. At 10xBNB, we don’t teach students how to rent properties themselves. Instead, our program focuses on showing you how to source properties and co-list them on short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com.

That’s why many of our reviews highlight the training and coaching — because the skills are about building partnerships, structuring agreements, and learning how to successfully co-host and manage listings, rather than personally renting out a property.

Many of our graduates have gone on to secure properties through these strategies and are actively co-listing them on major platforms. Some students take action right away and secure their first property within weeks, while for others it may take a little longer depending on their market and level of effort.

One great example is our student, Kamran Shahrokhi, who generated over $800K in a single year through multiple co-listing deals across the US that he manages remotely— and he did it without renting or owning any of those properties himself.

Having said that, if you already own properties yourself, this program can help you set up your short-term rental business almost in no time.

Coach Carlos brings rare range: sharp business sense, creative problem-solving, and an approachable personality that makes it easy for me to ask questions and stay engaged. His meticulously detailed illustrations turn complex concepts into clear insights that are simple to grasp and easy to put into practice. Every session came with clear, actionable steps I could follow through on. I also learned how to break down property analysis and the useful tools to streamline the workflow. Throughout the entire VIP Boot Camp, Coach Carlos was also very accessible and engaging. He truly invested in our success. It has been my pleasure to learn from him.
