Iwas please to receive all my medication to my door with out going back to my chemist to finding they haven't my medication .Then have to make another visit .When not feeling well.Thank You Sylvia

Love these people, easy to order, like now with my condition waking up at 3 in pain but can order my meds and don’t need to remember to do it at 8:30 when I may be asleep.
I have medication monthly so don’t know why I can’t change the date…

Made contact with well though their app, placed order for my prescription, received email promptly explaining that they need to contact my GP, shortly followed by another email saying my request has been excepted., followed by an email saying it was on its way, followed by delivery a few days later.Simple.

Fantastic product and great service and support

Just been to well pharmacy in Asda Blackpool and had to wait 20 mins to get served !!! I wudnt mind the shop has just been revamped with a new reception desk with nobody on it, there must be at least 9 people in the back laughing and talking whilst the que gets bigger !! They need a kick up the arse and pull there fingers out 😡😡

My order was placed with our surgery over 10 days ago with 8 items ordered for myself and 6 items ordered for my wife....we had notification from WELL the following day but all we have received is 1 small package and are running out of our medication.

Very disappointed with Well Pharmacy. My Mounjaro took 3 days to arrive during very hot weather, and the cooling pack was completely melted and warm.

I contacted Well with photos and raised concerns about whether the medication had been kept at the correct temperature. Three days later, I still haven’t received any response.

For a temperature-sensitive medication, this is unacceptable customer service.

I need the medication for e pre-existing condition that comes and goes, so it's a repeat prescription. By doing it via Well pharmacy it cuts out a visit to see my doctor.
