Poor delivery process
My "default" pharmacy for prescriptions.
Went through from GP, had notification to pay for it on site, but no indication of timeframe for delivery (2-4 days) until paid for, and then no option to cancel and/or change to collection.
Dispatched 2 days AFTER that, for delivery in 2-4 days. Good job not urgent/critical meds.

The well pharmacy in Sittingbourne
The well pharmacy in Sittingbourne . What can I say, never had a good service there, have complained a few times to the head office about the staff and service, but nothing has improved it’s got worse in fact. You go in and there’s never anyone on front counter. Have to wait ages for someone to come and attend to you, then prescriptions they’ve had for a week are not ready. Sane every time.No apologies from staff, overall attitude of staff is just rude, they all seem incompetent and untrained. Shelves are always half empty in there. Certainly not a well managed branch.

I didn’t realise my medication was going to be posted and it was not local. The boxes inside were squashed. I think it would be easier to collect them from the pharmacy.
