NHS prescription OK but Poor Communication
My NHS prescription arrived OK but the communication on prescriptions is unclear and confusing. While waiting for my first repeat prescription, they sent me an email saying a prescription was cancelled but it was impossible to tell which prescription.

Excellent and reliable delivery service!Well Pharmacy’s delivery service has completely taken the stress out of managing my prescriptions. The delivery is always prompt, the tracking updates keep me well-informed, and the packages arrive safely and discreetly. The drivers are incredibly polite and professional too. It is a seamless, hassle-free service that saves me a trip to the chemist. Highly recommended!

Have used Well for some years now and have always found them helpful when something hasn’t gone quite right, medication takes a few days to arrive once the doctor has ok’d my prescription which generally means I’m never without.
