Well make it so much easier…
Well make it so much easier to order and receive my medication just with one text. It saves getting to the doctors to request the order another waiting in a long line at the pharmacy when it is difficult to walk.

Fantastic alternative to waiting in pharmacy queues. No idea why you wouldn’t do this. It’d be great if I could get my kids prescriptions like this too. Obviously not great for stuff you need right away.

All the Well team are always as helpful and as quick at serving customers as they possibly can be they have answer many of my difficult questions everyday zoe is always helpful and polite and has stopped me having to go to the doctors with minor issues that were solved just by seeing her. Kimberley and Laura are always quick helpful polite and caring as can be always with a smile too.

They try to get the prescription to …
They try to get the prescription to you as quickly as possible. But end up waiting for my surgery to finalise the prescription. Wich delays delivery to me. So I have yo make sure I allow plenty of time to get my prescription before I run out.

Cancelled prescription
One of two prescriptions received, although paid for at the same time, had two ring customer service, who told me the order had still not been processed, therefore cancel the order and went to local pharmacy instead, now I have to wait a week to get my money back, even though I went to the same company pharmacy to pick up the rest of the prescription.
