So easy. I don't really do anything. The gp sends the prescription to Well and then it arrives in the post a few days later.

Quite slow when you consider Amazon…
Quite slow when you consider Amazon delivers next days d you have advanced warning of what I will order and the frequency.
The order gets split into 2 which makes it harder to follow.

We appreciate your feedback.
Unfortunately we cannot offer next day deliver for prescriptions. Our pharmacy requires 7 working days (10 days) to dispense and deliver prescriptions. This is bound by the timescales it takes for them to be approved; this can take up to 3 working days. Prescriptions are then required to be clinically checked to ensure medication dose and instructions are correct, stock ordered and dispensed with additional checks to ensure everything is correct before it is dispatched to a patient.
Separate deliveries may happen if medication is prescribed on 2 or more prescriptions. Our pharmacy deal with 1000s prescriptions per day and it can depend where in the process the prescription is, some my go through quicker than others resulting in a separate delivery. The do endeavor to send prescriptions together where possible.

Prompt dispatch and delivery but disappointingly you didn't deliver what I ordered and paid for.
My order was for a twin pack of Freestyle Libra 2 monitors.
On delivery I only received 1 monitor with an invoice for 1 x 2 pack.
We have now made contact with you a few days ago you promised to send out a second monitor and as I write this review I still await the outstanding item of my original order.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the delivery timeframe.
We do recommend allowing 10 days from the point you request the prescription to receiving the delivery unless you need to contact us regarding urgent orders.
This is bound by the timescales it takes surgeries to issue prescriptions, which can take up to 3 working days. We then require up to a further 3 working days to allow prescriptions to process through our system and to be dispensed and 2-4 working days to allow our external courier, Royal Mail, to deliver as we use Royal Mail 48hour service. Please note: Some orders might take longer due to stock availability, but we endeavour to contact customers in the event of any stock issue/delays.
