It was very easy to order by using the app without having to call the GP for the repeat prescription and it only take a week to arrive at my doorstep.

Delivery is generally slow and I can’t track my order from Royal Mail as I don’t have any tracking number.

Reliable hassle free service saves going into chemist on a regular basis so saves me time as well.

Most of the time I go to get my meds and my order is not ready or they have to owe me something.I also don't understand why when sometimes there are 5/6 staff and my order is sent away to be filled only to be sent back to them.It seems to be a strange system they operate

This is an amazing way to order my prescription, I have to have tablets every month, to have to go to the doctor's put in my prescription take it to the pharmacy and wait for it, sometimes it wasn't ready, but this is all done for me I downloaded their app I placed my order and everything else is done for me, there has never been a problem, good communication as to when they have the order from the doctors and when it is going out to me, the best way to get medication that you need all the time.

I’ve been consistently impressed with the service from Well Pharmacy. Their repeat prescription process is reliable, efficient and takes away the stress of managing regular medication. Prescriptions are processed promptly, communication is excellent, and I receive timely notifications when my medication is ready. The staff are always friendly, professional and happy to help with any queries. It’s reassuring to know I can rely on them to ensure my prescriptions are available when I need them. A first-class service that I would happily recommend. There has been one occasion that the items where not dispatched timely but Wells customer service team responded to my query and supported my efforts with my GP (apparently the electronic prescription was “lost” - regardless I was impressed that Wells supported my efforts to resolve)

You did not my 5mg Prednisolone at the time should been in with 2.5 Prednisolone tablets. It made quite ill only had the 2.5 mg tablets . Going down from 15 gm.
