Absolutely pissed off with VAPO! I always had a great experience with the Takanini store but recently moved to Pukekohe & called in today to the Pukekohe store to buy my pods as it will be my new go to store! My 17 year old daughter waited in the seat for me out the front as she knows she can’t enter the store. I was very suprised when the young girl asked me for my Daughters ID! I said you have to be joking she’s not even in the store & no where by the doors! I said it’s me buying my pods & I’m 52 but still she wanted the ID then had the cheek to ask me if I was lying!! Who treats their customers this way! Who calls their customers a liar! She had no right to refuse me when my Daughter was not in their store & speaking to me that way! I will never ever go back to VAPO after being made to feel like a liar!! There is no law to say they can’t serve me if my daughter is sitting outside on a public seat! No excuse at all!

I have left 4 messsges with head office & of course no return call from them! Shocking customer service! Smart young workers with no respect for their customers at all!

I went there on Tuesday the 9th of June the lady who served me was kind and helped me find what I needed, I will continue to shop there from now on

The staff at Vapo Taupo are helpful and efficient. Their customer service skills are exemplary. I would recommend the store to all my friends and family.

Massive shoutout to Darya at Vapo NorthWest Shopping Centre. Absolute top-tier service from the moment I walked in. Super friendly, easy to talk to, and actually knows the products inside out instead of just trying to make a sale. She took the time to help me find exactly what I needed, answered every question properly, and made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable.

Customer service like that is rare these days. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in her work. Walked out happy with my purchase and honestly the service alone will make me come back.

If you’re heading into Vapo NorthWest, definitely ask for Darya — she’s an absolute legend.

I was having some trouble with my device and the team here took care of everything for me! Any question I had was answered and it was easy to get carried away in conversation with the girls. They even went further to teach me some tips to properly care for my vape. Vapo keeps blowing me away. Thanks team!

I go to Vapo Takapuna quite often and I would like to commend the great service I always get from one of the Staff there (Harry)

Harry is helpful and knowledgable , always smiling and genuinely tries to help , I wish everyone in Vapo stores has the same attitude and knowledge , thank you Harry it’s always a pleasure to visit Vapo Takapuna .

Vapo was closed 10 minutes before 8:00pm and the website had said 8:00pm was closing time, and that was my last option I'm very disappointed in this experience. :(

I'm happy with the vape oil I got alpine menthol not to stong

Really poor service, misleading delivery times, poor communication and a complete lack of accountability for all of this. Plus paid for overnight delivery and it took over a week to arrive. Do not recommend at all. Very frustrating.

Online order: website is easy to navigate. Excellent prices, cheaper than what I’ve been paying at the local shop!! All items correct.
Ordered 13 Nov and it arrived 15 Nov. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!

Was sold the wrong strength nicotine by a staff member that didn't know any of the products. Couldn't get refunded even though I bought it straight back. Northwest boss was rude and dismissive. Have since had the same issue at another shop and was refunded immediately.

I wrote a review a while back about the house vape juice flavor Apple tasting like pants.
But that day I also bought the grape flavor which I have to say is not bad . So Apple pants . Grape pretty good.

Zach at dominion road has excellent product knowledge as do the ladies in Onehunga. I go to these 2 stores and always get fast friendly service.

Purchased 2 items online to be told one item was no longer available 4 days after purchase. Fast forward 2 weeks, contact vapo as I hadn't received any tracking info for remaining item only to be told that's out of stock also. No contact from vapo earlier to inform me. This is the third time ive literally given them a personal loan interest free now. Don't bother with them, use the vape shed instead.

These guys deserve their low review rating.False advertising claiming free overnight shipping if you spend $50 or more which is what enticed me to use them.I made my purchase on a Thursday at 2:05pm online and their cut off for overnight delivery is 2pm apparently.Well they should have clearly stated that.So it got sent the next day (Friday) and im not going to see it till at least Monday.Do not shop with this company
