I hired them for a move out carpet cleaning. The tech showed up on time, was friendly and explained all the different service packages without trying to upsell me. I went for the upgraded package since we had some stains from years of living. The worker did a great job! Practically all of the stains got removed and I'm very happy with the results.
Great service! Tech arrived on time, did a walk through and pointed stains on the carpet that may not get removed. Really appreciated his honesty. In the end, most of the stains did get removed, and I'm very happy with the results. Would deff recommend this carpet cleaning service!
We recently had some mold removal work done by a different company, and then hired USA Clean Master to come and clean the carpets afterward. They showed up on time, cleaned the carpets quickly, and charged us reasonably.
