refunding me 52p for broken tiles, 50% of their cost saying they could partly be used is really poor, never mind having to fill out 2 forms and I'd already sent photos, packaging was exceptionally poor which is why they broke, so tile mountain you are in the bottom 10%

Tiles ordered at lunch time on Thursday, delivered Friday at 10:30 am.
Not a single broken tile out of the hundreds we ordered. Exceptional service.
We had recieved free tile samples by post (free next day delivery).
A great range of styles and prices. Would happily use again and recommend to anyone.

I received the tiles and it went wrong from before they even left the lorry. The delivery man lost control of the pallet and the wheel of the pump truck came off the tail lift causing the whole order to crash. There were 5 broken tiles and despite contacting the team they only sent two. Now looking at alternatives and will be sending the order back as there are not enough tiles to complete the project. Poor customer service, repeatedly having to complete qr codes only to be told to resend images. Lived the tiles online but the experience has not been good.

They don't let you refund part orders. I accidentally added more adhesive than I needed and only realized when I received my goods. Contacted the company after a few days and they refuse to refund me because I accidentally put an extra one in front of my order. I had the adhesive in a dry indoor room and they said the couldn't trust me of how I stored the adhesive. The company doesn't follow UK laws. Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 bought online and should have the option to return good within 14 days. I have open a case on paypal now see how that goes. I'm happy to drive to the wear house and return some of the unwanted goods but they are not entertaining the idea.

Love my new patio and top quality Spanish porcelain slabs. Have received many compliments even from landscape gardeners. SO happy that I found this company

Took time out of work to receive delivery, driver never showed. Called Tile Mountain and they couldn't help, then called back and after challenging the chap on the phone coincidentally he just had the delivery times through. I had to figure out the courier and chase them myself, delivery arrived a day late.
Then I had 11 damaged tiles and they asked for photos, I sent photos of boxes where multiple tiles in each were broken, but they clearly didnt trust me as they said they couldn't see all 11 damaged tiles.
Fortunately I over ordered and didn't need to replace the damaged ones. Poor service, felt like I was being called a liar, tbe photos clearly showed multiple damaged tiles.

Said they'd let me know when the tiles arrive.
Instead left me waiting...and it was only several days later when I phoned to check, they informed me the tiles had arrived. Two days after they said they'd contact me. Thanks then.

I know this has happened to others.

Guys, just don't make promises you have no intention or system for keeping.

Staff were also rushed, immediately yelling across the room 'if they can help' as I walked in, as it was 15mins to closing.

Requested some outdoor tile samples, which arrived quickly - we have made our choice & will be ordering a bit nearer the time -,thanks

Delivered in time

Took a few emails to actually get the sample tiles delivered, first order, nothing, emailed them and was assured they would be sent. Again nothing. Emailed again then they arrived next day. Customer service was fine, very apologetic but seem to have some communication issues with their warehouse. I have ordered from bathroom Mountain a few times which I assume is same company and had no issues at all. So probably just an unfortunate glitch.
Update - Have been in contact to apologize again for inconvenience and issued a full refund. Excellent example of great customer service.

Fast and good delivery and great quality tile.. Recommend them.
