Re-delivery with Rachael
We have used Tile Mountain a couple of times now. For the second consignment I needed to amend the delivery as the Tour of Britain mens race (through our village) was scheduled the day our delivery was due. It was a pretty straight forward and simply journey. Ordered the samples online, Rachel got in touch and did a smashing job, prompt reply and was able to support me with my queries. 10/10

The delivery was just dumped outside…
The delivery was just dumped outside the property without the customer knowing, once we knew it was delivered we realised the bottom box was broken, I contacted customer service and was asked to fill out a form through a link uploading photos which I did. I received an email back pretty quickly asking for further photos which I was unable to do as they had then been put in the skip. It seems like as soon as there's an issue they don't want to know and make up some reason for not helping. I definitely won't be using Tile Mountain again.

How companies treat you builds trust…
How companies deal with you when there is a problem is how you build trust with your customers. My order was delivered with broken tiles, more because of the size of the tile probably being transported, rather than the quality of the tile. This happened twice and yet each time Tile Mountain apologised and quickly got replacements out to me. Well done Tile Mountain.

Not good enough
They sent me the package with missing items which it cost me to pay the tiles extra day even they sent the rest of the tiles next day I've made complaints the service was not good enough as it cost me more money
