Tile Mountain Omdömen 

The tiles themselves are of really good quality. After initially requesting samples, I decided to place an order, even though part of it was showing as unavailable for just over a week from the order date. My builder was keen to get started, but I felt that waiting an extra week was reasonable given the quality of the product.

Unfortunately, the expected availability date has now been pushed back three separate times, which has been quite disappointing. While I’m pleased with the quality of the tiles, the repeated delays have left me feeling let down by the overall experience.

Great product, easy to install (even for a little 62 year old lady on her own). Super fast delivery, packaged very well and all in pefect condition.

Excellent customer service received at point of order. I thought I'd selected next day delivery but the confirmation stated it was in a a weeks time. I got in touch with the help desk and Rabia Idrees immediately got back to me and updated the delivery date to the next day. Fantastic customer service - couldn't have been more helpful.

Tiles were very cheap but arrived with a few broken,as I was on holiday when they came it was over a week before I got in touch with the guys.
Fantastic service,sent replacement tiles and several extra ones at no extra cost.

We have had several samples, delivered really quickly. Finally went to the shop as its so difficult to choose as all are so nice. Had a really positive experience with the chap in there, very knowledgeable, approachable and kind. Will now be ordering for two large floors. Prices are also amazing, far better than any shops local to us!

I think speaking directly to Rabia Idriss on phone after the confusion about my order made all the difference for me. She was excellent in explaining the situation and processing my order and listening to my concerns.
I felt totally supported by her and I am satisfied now that my problem is resolved.

Really helpful staff at the shop in Southampton, delivered on time and a very good product. If the amount of time you are given to unpack and inspect was reasonable (24hours is not if you've got more than a few tiles) then it could be an even better experience

Great customer service from Tile Mountain. I realised we had to change an order before it was delivered. Misbah took my call promptly and sorted everything out with minimum of fuss by holding the order.

We have purchased two bathroom furniture suites through Bathroom mountain and now have returned to by tiling. We have been dealing with Misbah who has always gone that bit further to answer all our questions and i feel is a credit to what I always have found to be a the very helpful staff employed by this branch (Nottingham) .

Scott was very efficient and helpful. He kept me informed about the delivery and organised replacements for damaged tiles. They arrived extremely well packed and in good time. Delivery from order was quick and easy.

I had an issue with an order where the wrong tiles was sent out. I spoke with Kaz in customer services and she addressed the problem with in minuets and was very friendly and helpful.
