Use this place in Swansea all the time would never go anywhere else. Price is perfect the food is nice. Kids love going. Bar staff are extra friendly always have a chuckle with them. Never had bad service.

Our grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed the bowling and playing pool. Checking in at the desk was easy. The meeting venue has benefited from new, more comfortable seating. However, a MAJOR let down were the toilet facilities. In the ladies, there was an overpowering smell of urine as soon as the outer door was opened. There was a distinct lack of toilet paper and no handwash although it was only an hour after opening. Also, one of the cubicles was missing a lock. This surely should be a matter for urgent attention.

Had a great time however...
Had a great time however, both male and female toilets were beyond disgusting with urine everywhere (yes in both female and male toilets) and sick all across one of the male toilets. Glass cups were left everywhere to be knocked over and smashed. And after informing one of the workers that one of the karaoke mics had run out of battery and them going away to sort it we never saw them again so half our time we only had the one mic. Overall a fun time if you can look past the major flaws. Won't hurry to return but we probably will go back at some point.

Staff were amazing but not wheelchair friendly
Staff were amazing. Helpful, friendly and polite.
Booking process was equally as good, spoke to someone on the phone who helped with all my concerns as I had a disabled player.
Although the lanes are wheelchair friendly with access via a removable ramp, as there is a partition between the two lanes, the disabled player had to stay up on the actual bowling area as the wheelchair blocked all access for other players to go around onto bowling area. Therefore he wasn’t able to join in with all others in the party’s conversations and was stuck up there on his own. Therefore needs to be a lane where there is no partition so the party can all be together if there is disabled players.

Avoid during school holidays …
As we visited during the school holidays we expected it to be busy, but we felt it was dangerously full to the rafters with not enough staff to accommodate everyone. The seating area of the lane we were given was dirty and strewn with empty glasses and food containers.
We booked a lane for one game and added a meal for each of us which was supposed to be given during the game. The meal came five minutes after we finished our game, despite us asking twice for it. We then had to locate to another area mid meal to finish it as our lane was required.
On the way out we used the toilets. They had a strong smell of urine on entering and the wash basins were dirty.
I appreciate that the summer school holidays is a busy time to visit, but we do expect certain hygiene standards and we felt overall they were not met.

Brilliant place to have a good time
Brilliant place to have a good time. They offer bowling, arcade and escape rooms. There is fun for all ages. It is relatively cheap. The customer service is great, everyone seems to have a great attitude. The escape room actors are hilarious and really fun. There is also security. You do have to book for the escape rooms but it is easy to do so either throught he tenpin app or at the front desk. Also offers parking stays.

We came as a group of 5 adults and 13…
We came as a group of 5 adults and 13 children. Food was so horrendous we were given our money back.
The toilets were disgusting once of our adults was physically sick by the smell.
Two machines had no tickets in them and we had to ask for them to be refilled. One child won 10000 tickets and a person came to give them the tickets however only 801 were given so had to go back again to have it written on the ticket. At the same time someone else also having the same issue.
Dont think we'll be returning anytime soon

We ordered food and drink. Our drinks came really quickly but the food didn't and we had to go and ask where it was. Unfortunately it had clearly been sitting out the back for some time as it was cold

The toilets were horrendous everyone had to cover their mouths and nose before going in. No toilet roll in 2/3 toilets.

Summer holiday bowling
Took my granddaughter in the school holidays. We had 3 bowls and also ordered food. The people there are lovely. We had a great time. Will definately come again. Thanks guys great service 👍
