Not great
Not great. Food took so long to be bought to the lane that we had finished bowling by the time it was ready. When it arrived it was wrong, but in all honesty, my children were so hungry by this time they opted to eat what they had been given.
A lot of rubbish around and bins overflowing. All the change machines were empty as well, so we were unable to change up money to play the slots.

Shockingly bad customer service
Service was incredibly slow.
The lane we were in was dirty. Only 11.30 so should have been clean really.
The arcades were expensive and then the 4machines to change tokens to a ticket to get a gift wasn’t working. Had to queue twice to tell someone and they didn’t seem to know what to do. Several staff wandering aimlessly. No customer service at all

Staff were very helpful
Staff were very helpful , my grandson has food allergies and the young man made sure he checked with the kitchen about the suitability of the food and made arrangements to substitute foods for food that he could have.
I also had a problem registering players on the screen and again a member of staff was extremely helpful
My grandchildren had an enjoyable time bowling.

Rude staff
We had fun actually playing the bowling, but the staff were rude and didn’t seem to know what they were doing. When we arrived I gave my name and was told I didn’t have a booking; I retrieved my confirmation email and showed the woman behind the counter, who then proceeded to have a chat with the man behind the counter, clearly trying to hide the fact that they’d messed up because I could hear them saying they’d given out lane to somebody else…the man then told me we could have a lane, but we could only have it for 50 minutes and then we would have to leave. I questioned if this was part of the booking process and to confirm that I didn’t feel comfortable being rushed but the staff members clearly didn’t care.

It was an ok experience. One of the bar staff wasn't particularly friendly and approached customers very bish bash bosh. We also booked for bowling and when we checked in we were told we would have to wait due to the lane not being ready yet. Then we were forgot about and we saw two other parties of being being given lanes before we went up to ask again.
We did witness a worrying incident and informed security who dealt with it very quickly. Overall it was ok.

Bowling was fun,things could be improved.
Booked bowling and food,asked for food to de served after our games,which they agreed.yet 10 minutes into our game the food was all delivered,meaning standing and eating while playing games.made to feel very rushed.

Food was awful. Complete waste of money. I had ond bite of the cheeseburger and left it. My son ate his and was sick about 5 times when we got home

Took our grandson for a game of laser…
Took our grandson for a game of laser quest and 2 games of bowling and he thoroughly enjoyed it as did we. Staff were friendly and great experience had by all. Booked on line and the process was easy.

Great day at Tenpin! Lanes were clean, staff were friendly, and the vibe was fun with good music and lighting. Grabbed some food and drinks too — solid menu, quick service. Perfect spot to spend time with family/ friends. Will be back!

Sunday Session Unable to Book online
Booking process was a huge faff. We wanted to book the sunday session bowling but when entering all the information when it came to actually booking and paying the website came up with an error message (please sort this out!) I tried to book by phone but had issues with that too. In the end I had to drive to the bowling alley and go in person to book.
