Laser Tag
The staff were welcoming and ensured we understood the rules before beginning laser tag. We had a great time. The only downside was trying to find somewhere to park.

Could be better
The lanes are very cramped if there are 6 people bowling together. We had 3 adults and 3 small children and we had to to shuffle around to get passt each other when it was our turn. Also the food took a very long time to arrive and after we queried it we were told we were lucky to get it as there was an hour wait. For such a busy period they could may be do with more staff on hand. However, the staff we approached for help were very pleasant and quick to act.

Enjoyable experience
Easy to book, even when I made a mistake it was sorted promptly. Trip went well and we all enjoyed. Food was also nice and parking easy and free.

Do not recommend you ever visit their Falkirk branch you order food and drinks drinks come after 10 mins then 1 hour later they just start making your food don’t fuc*ing bring the drink if the whole order isn’t complete yet you could even get an nhs appointment before your food finally arrives after 5 attempts at begging those at the till to please make your food

Dated, broken lanes, left with empty glasses
Bowling - Falkirk
It was a bit dated and some of the customers were smelling of cannabis.
We got about 6 shots in on our first game and then it stopped working. As soon as I threw my first shot, it moved onto the next person, recording my shot as a complete miss. We reported it and they moved us lanes saying the first lane was 'doing the same yesterday'.
We added on laser tag, and were told as the person finishes at 5pm, it will be someone else.
We ordered more drinks to come to the lane, and they left all the empties.
I just felt like no one was taking any pride in where they worked. Like they were there, theyll do the bare minimum and that was it. I wont be back.
