Overall very good
Overall very good, clean and tidy and staff were helpful and polite. Only one small complaint, we were booked for 12 noon, arrived at 11.45 but weren’t able to play until 12:20. I think this was due to lack of staff. The staff were very busy. Will definitely visit again.

Expensive for what you get
I had a lovely time here with my two daughters who are 5 and 7. My only grumbles are that when I went to book online I selected to play 2 games. After clicking to the next page I then got a suggested deal come up for bowling and a pizza. It was a little cheaper than the price which had previously come up, so I selected it. I assumed it was 2 games and a pizza as I had selected the 2 game option. However, when we arrived at tenpin, I was told it was only 1hr of bowling and a single pizza. Not great value for £40! I feel that the booking process should be clearer.

Booking was easy and we did not have to wait for our lane. Staff were friendly and helpful and facilities good.

Good bowling experience
Enjoyed the bowling with my granddaughter and husband. The reason I dropped a star was the wait for our food, our granddaughter was very hungry after beating her grandparents!

The lane was not clean and clear of food and drink, from the previous users.
Could not get hot drinks, because machine not working for the bar staff.
Could not get nachos because microwave was not working!
Online booking didn't work.

It was a new experience for me as I have not been bowling for 40 years . There were other things there to do games and karaoke which we did . Great atmosphere and great that you didn’t have to fill a score card anymore it was computerised.
I enjoyed the evening and will go again .
