Great modern office spaces and an even greater management team. Doriano and Patricia have been amazing throughout my onboarding process. Guided me and helped me settle in stress free! They are all very attentive and kind. Also, I believe they are decently priced for this part of London , which is always important.

Avoid

They will be really nice to you when you join in. But they are the worst when it comes to accounting and billing. They can charge you a hell of a lot of money when you want to exit. Please avoid using them.

I’m so sorry for your dissatisfaction.
I understand that you’re billed with an additional office restoration service fee for the repainting work in your office after your departure.
The office restoration service is a part of your agreement. We provide our restoration service for all customers to save time and money, along with the frustration of dealing with multiple outside vendors such as IT & phone technicians. When you moved into your office, we ensured it was all in working order and ready for use. We do the same with each customer. Additional charges for office restoration service will apply if any extra work is required to return the office to its original condition. In your case, the repainting of the office walls was necessary due to visible scratch marks, which is why this charge was applied.

Don't bother not trustworthy

Don't bother - The sales guys leads you and make it sound simple. The moment you sign you are thrown in a heap of invoices. The attitude is 'the computer says no' there is no customer centric attitude. They just want to make as money as possible from you. Very badly run and very poor customer service. Stat away!

Hi Yogesh,
I’m sorry if you felt the need to escalate this again as we have answered your original complaint and contacted you several times directly to answer your questions.
The reason for multiple invoices is that you signed agreements for 3 separate desks and invoices were raised accordingly.
We ask all our customers to add an automated payment method to their account. I apologise if this wasn’t clearly communicated to you but it’s in the terms of your agreement. We understand that this is not always possible, so we agreed to accept manual payments on the understanding that an additional service retainer is payable.
We find it very unfair that you would raise multiple complaints on such a public platform because we wouldn’t credit this additional retainer. Our policies are designed to maintain consistency and equality for all our customers.

When ever you speak to staff it's 'the computer says no' attitude. The firm don't understand customer centric principles, its clearly a 'lets make as money from these people as possible attitude'

I’m sorry if you felt the need to escalate this.
Your comment about “hidden charges” is simply not accurate; all of our services and costs are detailed in the agreement you signed. Any that you do not require can be opted out through your online account.
By default the invoices are set to itemised, but these can be changed to a summary should you prefer a shorter version. You can do this in your online account (MySpacesworks.com) Account > Billing and payments > Invoice preferences. If you have any questions regarding the invoicing you can reach out to the local team or open a case though the “Help” function of your online account.
We understand your comments relate to the payment retainer. We ask all our customers to add an automated payment method to their account. I apologise if this wasn’t clearly communicated to you but it’s in the terms of your agreement. We understand that this is not always possible, so we agreed as an exception for you to pay via an alternative method. That exception is made on the understanding that an additional service retainer is payable.

Stay away from Spaces

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this office to anyone. The service team appears to be frequently changing and does not seem to care about anything. Additionally, the building lacks basic amenities such as communal areas, phone booths, reset areas, and kitchen service. Despite charging high prices, the value provided is poor. It seems like they are only interested in squeezing out as much money as possible from their clients.

I’m sorry if you felt the need to escalate this.
This centre has communal areas across two floors in our business club which includes two phone booths. In terms of “reset areas”, there are sofa areas on our office floors for the clients to sit on. There are also kitchens on every floor for the clients to use.
We have not received complaints regarding the local staff either.
You had an office in this centre for over 6 months so would have known that these conveniences are available. I have asked a member of my team to contact you as must have some other dissatisfaction regarding the centre which we would love to try and address.
