"Helen Laing" Nurse practitioner at Meadowhall Sheffield
Did 2 procedures on me filler cheeks and botox 3 areas with 0 results .
I am shocked that anyone in such a clinic can decieve so much .
Its been 3 weeks but there are zero results just the added pain ,time waste and effort with her .

If you see her forehead its heavily botoxed ..it seems she uses customer products that are paid for on herself !
And cheats badly
She was unprofessional and DANGEROUS several times with me ...

She said its painful because she inject into bones.
Nowhere in world are cosmetic injections injected in the bones specialised in Dermatology so I know
Injecting into bones can cause facial fractures!!!!
She left my face bleeding with not just simple bruising

She uses open vials used by other customers and is dishonest. It is clear she is using the money I paid for the procedure on her own face i could see.she does not send me after care emails though she said she sent it .she lies repeatedly

Told me to change time of appointment that was booked .kept calling for that after I requested her to email me .she called 6 times a day when I was at work .though I requested her to communicate via email as i am too busy to answer calls she simply did NOT .
I had to call the headoffice several times in lunch break to ask what time she wants .

She repeated this practice every time an appointment was booked.

I WASTED my time on going so far to a so called" reputed "clinic

They only have one nurse practitioner.
When i complained about her her manager Mr Cameron was extremely rude and told me not to come back several times though i already stated in emails i will not be coming back
When i told him gently that i have said in emails that i am not coming back he snapped at me and said Don't be rude .

Thankfully I got a refund finally after huge effort and complaining
But as busy as i am ,i wasted enough time in
Going to her .
Don't trust this clinic ...they took me for a ride

They are a team of extremely rude unprofessional people who cheat you

The place is good; the staff are welcoming, and the doctor is excellent.

I had my consultation with Sintija, who was very friendly and helpful, taking the time to explain the process and procedures clearly. This immediately put me at ease.
I have had these treatments before in multiple areas and was absolutely delighted with the results. Unfortunately, I did not keep up with my maintenance treatments, and as a result, my condition has returned with a vengeance.
I have now had my first proper treatment session with Kylie, and the experience was excellent. I can't wait to start seeing improvements and positive results again.
I will definitely be continuing my treatments going forward and would highly recommend the team for their professionalism, knowledge, and friendly approach.

I have just finished my first session of Lazer and wow. My initial appointment went so smoothly I didn’t hesitate for Milisa to complete my treatment. She is very professional and also very caring as she was doing my Lazer she made sure I was comfortable. She really does make me feel like I have left my skin in good and professional hands.

Doctors that actually listen and want what’s best for your health not the NHS budget. Welcoming environment, my doctor helped me find the right medication and walked me through every step of the way. Would really recommend- especially Dr Aya!!

I have been coming to sk:n Harley Street for a long time and I have always had a good experience. Meg was efficient and gave some helpful advice. There is always a welcome for customers.

Jodat is a professional practitioner. I have seen incredible result after having treatment with her.

Milisa is very nice and kind and she does my skin treatment one step at a time as she knows about my pain intolerance being low. She is very patient too. Thank you so much 😊 I recommend.

Visited to have a cyst removed. From start to finish with Lisa at reception,I was made welcome which help to put me at ease. Debbie the practioner, was very experienced and her assistant Suzanne was friendly. They explained the procedure and what to expect. Skn Birmingham Edgbaston is wonderful I swear by this clinic for my laser. Today, I was treated by lovely Emma. She was amazing, made me feel so comfortable and constantly kept checking in on me throughout the treatment. I would 100% recommend Emma and the clinic because all the practitioners who work here are incredible. Thank you for such a pleasant session.

I had my consultation with Aine yesterday and I am so excited to start treatment! She was amazing and very knowledgeable, I look forward to starting!

I had a mole check recently with Dr Tracy at the Nottingham branch. I was delighted with the service. From start to finish I was looked after. My concerns about moles that don't look right and seem to follow the ABCD guidelines but which a doctor has previously told me are not of concern were dealt with in detail. Dr Tracy fully explained to me what was going on with these and I feel very reassured. So its been an excellent experience for me.

Kathrine at the Norwich clinic is just amazing. The way she has helped and supported me with my skin has been fantastic, and I genuinely couldn’t recommend the clinic enough. Everyone is so kind and patient, and they take the time to explain everything in such a gentle and reassuring way. Going to appointments with a bare face isn’t always easy, especially when you can feel quite vulnerable about your skin, but Kathrine is always so calm, relaxed and understanding. She immediately puts you at ease and makes you feel completely comfortable. I’m so grateful for all the support and care I’ve received from Kathrine, I really couldn’t recommend her and the clinic highly enough.

As a male, I was initially quite nervous and not very confident about starting laser hair removal, but Emma made me feel completely comfortable from the beginning.

Before choosing Emma, I actually went to three other places for consultations. What stood out about Emma was how knowledgeable and thorough she was. She took the time to explain the different types of laser machines, how they work, and what was most suitable for my skin and hair type. I never felt rushed or pressured into booking anything.

Emma also gave me some extremely valuable advice about a facial treatment I was considering having elsewhere. She explained why she didn't believe it was suitable for my skin and why it could potentially affect my beard hair. I went away and did my own research afterwards, and everything she had explained to me was completely right. I'm genuinely grateful I spoke to her before going ahead, as my face and beard are obviously not something I would want to take unnecessary risks with.

I originally started laser with Emma on just one area, but the results have been so good that I've since purchased treatment for another four areas. That probably says more than anything else about how much I trust her and how pleased I've been with my results.

Every appointment is relaxed, we always have a laugh, and I've never felt uncomfortable or rushed. Emma has really helped with my confidence throughout the whole process.

I wouldn't go anywhere else for my laser hair removal now and would absolutely recommend Emma, particularly to any men who might feel nervous or self-conscious about starting treatment.

Always a great experience when seeing the team at Nottingham. All staff give great advice and the products are great. It’s a very relaxed friendly atmosphere. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for help with anything skin related.

I had my second hydrafacial with Harriet. The facial left my skin looking glowy and amazing and Harriet gave great product and post-treatment advice.
