The in-store experience and post-sale communication were excellent. However, the installation process was highly concerning. I purchased an 85-inch TV, but only one installer arrived because the second person called in sick. As a 66-year-old customer, I was expected to assist with lifting and mounting this massive television. While the lone technician did a great job with the setup itself, asking a senior customer to do heavy lifting is completely unacceptable and a major safety risk. I could have easily injured myself.

I found the young assistant very helpful and pleased that he sent me details of the three amplifiers that I was interested in to my email.

Terry saves the day!

I have ordered in my local RS Weybridge Technics turntable and two weeks later I wanted to upgrade the cartridge. There was few hiccups and lack of communication, I went to the shop to talk to the manager Terry and that is when the experience changed completely. It was nice and funny to hear :” Hello! Ortofon black?” as this was the cartridge I was upgrading to. Also Terry listened to the feedback and I hope he will follow up with the other guys.
I will come back for more. Thank you.

Purchased a WIIM Mini and collected it the next day in store. such a simple and pleasant ordering experience, I got a nice polite call from a member of staff at the local store to inform me it was available to collect when I was ready. all really good, even though it was only a small purchase; the same excellent level of customer care was provided.

Recently bought an LG televion from the Weybridge branch. The manager Terry could not have been more helpful in assisting us to choose the right equipment, organising the installation and even arranging for me to collect an extra piece of equilment before the shiop even opened in the morning. Well done. We will use this establishment again in the future.

Helpful staff. TV arrived when specified, old one taken away. Connected myself but told that if I had any problems to call for assistance.
