Fantastic website easy to use and navigate a fast service

I ordered a Manhattan TV recording device based upon advice on the Richer Sounds website.
It is excellent and functions exactly as expected / promised.
Service was brilliant, delivery was fast. Nothing to improve

Great company that I've used for years. Stockport branch is great, very helpful staff and a good opportunity to test kit before buying. Great warranties too.

Very easy to order on line for collection in local store next day. Store staff confirmed item was in stock by phone and were super helpful.

Have bought lots of stuff over the years and always found the team very helpful and they give sound advice I was buying some Sonos speakers and they advised what I needed and how to set them up.

Received great advice on a new turntable and speakers, in both cases being recommended ones I hadn’t considered. Both are fantastic.
Also had to return an open box network amplifier which was faulty. Great response from to Stockport store who replaced it without any quibble.

I called the Stockport store to buy a TV to replace our old one, which I had bought from the same store a number of years ago.
I was impressed with how any questions about the new TV were answered. The purchasing process was very easy and straightforward - and at a great price too!
Delivery was on time. Gareth, the delivery driver, was very polite and rang to confirm the delivery time beforehand. On arrival he took his shoes off before entering the house, which I thought was a nice touch.
Would have no hesitation in using Richer Sounds for any future purchases.

Cello tv delivered to store. Guys in store remembered me from previous purchases over last 18 months and chatted about those items.
You don’t get that kind of personal interaction anywhere else!

Great staff, great variety of choice of equipment at varying price points to suit your budget.
I was looked after today by John, I told him exactly what I was looking for and what it was replacing.
He talked me through a few potential options, the differences between them with there individual pros, I settled on a Marantz system that I particularly liked the look of and John kindly set it up in a fab listening room for me along with speakers he thought might match what I had described.
My ears were blown away with the quality. John in particular was very knowledgeable, down to earth, and very helpful.
I was given all the time I needed and he was more than happy to demonstrate a few options, at no point did I feel pressured and there was no attempt to try and upsell. Superb experience and very enjoyable. I came away with a new amp, cd player, turntable, speakers and a rack.
I can’t recommend Richer Sounds Stockport or John enough. Amazing customer service, pricing and overall very enjoyable experience. Thank you so much it was an absolute pleasure and I will be back again.

Ease of website navigation, as I am easily out off by clunky sites. Stag at the shop we’re helpful and informative, offering good advice on my wishes moving forward.
