I have just purchased a sound bar from Sheffield branch.
The service was absolutely fantastic and they will beat any competitors prices. Would definitely buy from again.

I've only put 4* on this occasion as disappointingly the TV I bought last week is £49 cheaper this week. I know this can happen anywhere, it's just with a shop like Richer I might have expected them to know the reduction would be happening.
Won't stop me from buying but I will ask if a price drop is imminent next time and might hang on a week.

I've bought two TVs in the last few months from this top quality shop (Sheffield Branch ) Both LG , one Oled C5 one Qned. Two different members of staff, both very knowledgeable which on TVs I am not but I was treat with respect and they patiently answered all my many questions in a non tech way that was easy for me to take in.
A top quality store in every way.

Richer sounds service a is second to non - the person I dealt with (Conor) was most helpful as the projector I wanted was out of stock but he did manage to find one at another of their shops and this was delivered a few days later.

Took our son to introduce him to the beginners world of a decent amp and turntable for his 21st birthday. Alex was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He set a couple of systems up in the experience room which made our sons birthday even more special. No hard sell at all which impressed me. I have bought items from there myself and always found them very helpful and fair. Would recommend.

Conor was very helpful in explaining the benefits of the Bluetooth headphones. As usual, Richer Sounds shows why buying from a retail shop with real people is always better than on-line shopping for this kind of thing

Spoke to Geoff on the phone to make sure the items were in stock. This was checked and verified. Said I’d be along later that day and the items were ready to be picked up. All very straightforward and easy.

Excellent as always. So few companies truly get customer service right but these guys do it consistently.

No problems at all in purchasing my TV online from Richer Sounds.
The adverts showed members of Sheffield staff who would be willing to assist me if problems arise.
On receipt of my LG tv, I had difficulty setting it up.
I used the 0333 telephone line and was put through, disappointingly, to an LG helpline. Not the friendly local staff willing to assist me!
At the age of 84 modern technology isn’t always easy to grasp.
A local sympathetic ear would have been reassuring instead of a foreign lady I had difficulty understanding, though helpful.
Since, Richer Sounds contacted me and couldn’t apologise enough for the problems I had.
Each time I’ve spoken with their agents, they have always sought to help - and they certainly have.
I would never hesitate in purchasing from this company in the future.
The main problem was my misunderstanding of the TV setup (age eh!).
Their main task is making sure the customer is always happy - and I am.

Following my recent purchase of a pair of Argon Audio Forte powered speakers from Richer Sounds for my TV set up, I decided to add some bass to the system. With limited space and after detailed research, I went with the 6” Argon Malmo subwoofer.

I happily returned to Richer Sounds (Sheffield) as my initial experience with them was certainly 5*. Once again they did not disappoint.
