I was looking to upgrade my AVR & came to this store,
The guys advised me based on my budget & what I was looking for,
I ended up going for the new Denon AVR-X2900H DAB, what a piece of kit this is I could not be happier,
I will definitely be back for some extra speakers & possibly a new TV very soon,
This is the only place to go if you're looking for anything sound or TV for the home,

Always a joy going to this store. They are all so knowledgeable and friendly. They let me 14yo son use the new simulator upstairs and while I was waiting I was offered to experience the music room nextdoor. To summarise, always friendly, attentive and knowledgeable ⭐

I have bought quite a few bits from Richer Sounds over the years - I am a customer for life (probably).

The Reigate branch is always full of interesting stuff and the refit is a real improvement. The staff are helpful and happy and seem well informed.

Finally I am lucky enough not to have to check prices - getting something I am satisfied by and being treated considerately in the shop is more important.
