Richer Sounds - Prestwich Omdömen 

Went into the Prestwich branch looking for a start up kit for my flat. Staff couldn't have been more helpful, sorted me out.
As a newbie couldn't quite get it up & running when it arrived, called the shop, no bother sorted me out over the phone.
I won't be looking anywhere else when look to expand the system.

The prices in the Summer Sale were better than Amazon for projectors so I decided to buy a new projector. Sam the manager of the store was extremely helpful and took his time to show me and talk me through lots of potential options. Eventually we agreed on a Ben Q GP520 that was not in the sale but was perfect for all of my requirements. Sam then found me an amazing price for the projector as an open box model was in stock at another branch. The projector arrived within a couple of days and is absolutely perfect for my cellar room. Thank you Sam and Richer Sounds for going above and beyond what I could ever have expected.

Very helpful did not have the tv in stock but searched all the other branches to find us one and said they would keep if for us as long as we like as having building work done on the house

After a courtesy call the item was ready for collection as stated.

Ellis, dealing with telesales at the Prestwick branch was great. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I took his advice in it's totality. He didn't try to persuade me to go over budget or talk down to me.
The system of separates arrived the next day. I was impressed.
Unfortunately the first turntables motor was broken when it arrived. Needless to say, I was disappointed as I so wanted to hear my 40 plus year old "wish you were here" album.
Ellis did everything possible to make the swap for a working replacement easy and stress free. It was and I'm happily up and running.

I got what I wanted. The manager & assistant explained how the item worked, showed us how. Everything went O.K.

Although our enquiry was a fairly simple one it was answered with clarity and honesty even though we ended up with a cheaper product.

We described our requirements and the TV is just what we need.
The salesman happily carried it to the boot of our car and gave us a friendly wave as we left.
Five year guarantee is icing on the cake.

I didn’t know that the 6year warranty value depreciated by 10% on my tv that could not be repaired so I didn’t get the price of a new equivalent tv and not even half the value back
