My telephone call asking if a product was in stock was answered swiftly and the product was put aside for collection later in the day; the purchase process was very quick and the staff member was friendly and efficient.

Carl was excellent and very knowledgeable when I had questions on the different TVs we got to the right answer in the end and of course, the right price! Great service and will be back again.

The staff were super helpful and knowledgeable, helping me to decide on the best Streamer and Amp combination which best met my needs. They also explained how best to maximise the performance and what else I did and didn’t need. They were happy to spend time to ensure I ‘got what I wanted’.

Had a real hard time with a Panasonic warranty issue, richer sounds helped out eventually, took over 4 months to get an exchange. They was even giving richersounds a hard time, Avoid Panasonic, richersounds were very helpful. Thanks, finally sorted. Aprichate the help from several members of staff there.

Got good advice, ordered delivery turned up a day early, the projector wouldn't work, called them, they said package back up as best as possible and we will deliver new one tomorrow and pick up, great service, great knowing six yr warranty too

Fantastic service

I made an in store purchase of a 32inch TV. The sales person was very helpful in explaining my options and which made my decision quite easy.
I also collected the TV in store. I was kept up to date on the progress of my order and collection was on time and straightforward.
Based on this experience, I rate Richer Sounds tops for the attentiveness of its service. Also the price was highly competitive especially when topped with a 6 year guarantee on the set.

I went into store to purchase a TV I was unsure about. Callum was the gentleman who served me initially and was absolutely amazing, he explained everything I needed to know and answered all of my questions (even when I thought they were stupid) in a way that didnt make me feel like an idiot.

The TV i ended up buying on the spot and I got it at an absolutely amazing price compared to what online retailers were selling the same model for

A few days later when I went tk collect my TV the rest of the staff there was also amazing, they helped me carry the TV to the car park and even advised me on where to get my uber booked to/ what type to order.

Great experience buying a pair of Dali Kupid speakers. The manager Carl sat me down in the listening room and went to great lengths to find the obscure tracks I wanted to hear.
