Richer Sounds - Cardiff Omdömen 

Ordered an amp from the Cardiff branch over the phone late Saturday afternoon and it arrived early Monday morning. The sort of service you only get from Richer Sounds is always excellent.

Found the sales team very helpful and guided me to buying the correct product for myself,which I am very happy with.

He could of encouraged me to go for the more expensive speakers but he was great because he didn't do that with the deal that was on offer he was honest and gave me excellent advice and the manager was also excellent explaining the best way to get the best out of the speakers which is why I have given a full 5 Star for telling me the cheaper ones are best for me even though it ment less for them that's what you want knowing your getting the best advice Many thanks to the manager and staff at the Cardiff Branch.

I love my new TV! I was quite skeptical about getting a budget-friendly TCL compared to the much more expensive TVs I’ve bought in the past—especially since those didn't last very long anyway—so I thought I would give it a shot. I bought it online and it was delivered to the shop. I also bought the extra warranty for total peace of mind.
The young store manager who helped us carry the TV through the back door to the car park was lovely. We were even given "VIP" mugs, and I laughed and mentioned that we were nowhere near VIP customers, considering we were buying a TV for under £350. But you know what? He told us that the TV we chose was a great choice, adding that TCL is one of the biggest screen manufacturers worldwide. That comment alone made me feel so much better and reassured about my purchase.
In contrast, the employee who actually served us felt a bit unpleasant, although he was very thorough and did everything by the book. It wasn’t his attitude or anything specific he said or did; it was just an odd vibe and perception.

Excellent as always! - Bought my first bits of HiFi from RS in their first shop on London bridge walk back in the 70's and have been going back to them since. The shop in Cardiff has always been good since I moved here in the 80s. Recently replaced my main speakers via the shop rather than a web order and they were great - organised delivery for a date that suited and couldn't have been more helpful - even made sure the amp I'm driving them from was suitable plus none of the usual nonsense trying to sell me expensive extras I didn't need - cannot recommend them more highly!

In store staff are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful, extended 6year warranty for free all at the most competitive price. Why would you go anywhere other than Richer sounds to buy a TV.

Visited to return a turntable we ordered online, which was not what we wanted (our error). Easy return process, and helpful colleague helped us identify a more suitable product. Swap out was easy. We love the new product.

We had a issue with our Cambridge Audio amp and the Richer Sounds guys confirmed Six Year warranty on the amp which was four years old. They checked it out and the amp has been repaired with new six year warranty for free. What is there not to like about them. Great products, great company and great support, thanks guys!

I have always bought my audiovisual stuff from the same store in Cardiff purely because of the very high levels of service, knowledge and advice coupled with excellent prices. Theres really no point looking elsewhere as i know it would be pointless since the experience i have had over the years has been second to none. Buying from Richersounds comes with a high level of confidence that when there is a problem, it gets dealt with very quickly and completely. All in all, being a customer of Richer sounds really is a no brainer if you want the best bang to buck value coupled with rock solid knowledge, advice and customer service.
