Helpful staff
Helpful staff. Product good price and delivered on time. The only thing which was not good was the payment process. It didn't work after several attempts. However the staff member (I think he was called Tom) was patient and he eventually resolved the problem.

Fantastic Internet Radio
I decided to get a new radio for the kitchen and came across Ruark through Richer Sound. Unlike other retailers Richer sounds provided another 4 years warranty for free on top of the two years manufacturers warranty. Olivia at the Cambridge nranch was extremely helpful helping me with placing my order and the sound and build quality of the Ruark R2 Internet radio is seriously good.

Richer Sounds understand my problem
I bought a wall television and a sound bar and ordered an appointment with the installer. The installer arrives and said that the television was too big. Richer Sounds changed my products and gave me a discount. Well, I am not a spring chicken and don't understand the technology. Bravo, Richer Sounds! You could advertise the 'Old Gits Club'!

Had a great experience ordering from Richer Sounds in Cambridge recently. They had an offer on some headphones i was looking for. Ordered for collection from the store and they were ready to collect the next day. Communication on the status of the order was great and the staff member i dealt with very helpful and friendly.
