Richer Sounds - Bristol Omdömen 

We went into the Whiteladies Road shop in Bristol to get a new handset for our TV. The salesman said he could order one and it arrived 2 days later. Brilliant, helpful and professional service - thank you

I phoned the Chester branch to se if they had the item in stock but they did not they checked around and told me the only one is in Bristol.

As the only one was actually in Bristol i phoned Bristol and their team went well above what i expected them to do and It was nice to have a company that made sure they could get it here the next day as most just say yeh yeh yeh it will be there tomorrow(but never arrives) but with Richer Sounds it was .
If i could give them 10 stars i would.

I purchased over the telephone an open box product and the customer service received was faultless. The product arrived as discussed and as described. Went to Richer Sounds after hearing a nod of approval on Radio4 as it being one of the best examples of ethical capitalism by the DG of the IOD. Visited the store twice for a complete separates set up as a wedding anniversary gift. First visit was to a very busy store and standard customer service. The second visit was quieter, and the service was outstanding, knowledgeable, kind, honest, with attention to detail (including where to find the stylus in the polystyrene when unboxing). Old school retail specialism, as it used to be. The whole experience set a very high bar that so many other stores could benefit from.

It was time to update my system that I had previously bought from the shop several years ago. The salesman ( Joe ) was very knowledgeable and helpful giving good advice carrying out a thorough search making sure he could supply the requested equipment at a competitive price, and arriving safely on the dates he specified.
I would have liked to have had a demo, but understand you cannot stock everything.

Visit made to the Bristol store allowed me to see the TVs I was interested in buying and ask questions of the helpful staff member there. Ordered at the time and delivery completed the next day within the time frame notified earlier that morning. Good advice received on functionality of my OLED tv and how I might best link up with a new sound bar. Not my first purchase here and would happily recommend for advice and 6 year guarantee with a good Sony TV.

Pick up was swift and easy, advice and recommendations in the shop were great. After care was fantastic as I had a little problem with a function and they helped me to solve it.

Went to buy a turntable to connect to Sonos system, guided through a number of options and when decided on which system was given instructions on set-up and configuration.

Felt like I was given great advice and appreciated as a customer.

I am very pleased with the product and was grateful to pay a good price for it due to the January sales. I also found the experience of picking it up from a local store to be very easy and the staff were very helpful in giving advice about the product.

Friendly service

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Listened to what I wanted and pointed me towards best solution to play 40 year old vinyl in a decluttered house, giving their recommendations rather than most expensive option. Now installed at home and sounds grrrrreat, nod arf pop pickers !!!!

Also had a problem with soggy DPD delivery (Not RS's fault) which was replaced with no problems.
