Richer Sounds - Brighton Omdömen 

I contacted the Brighton branch by phone twice, and spoke to two different people. I needed help ascertaining the best replacement TV for my elderly parents. On both occasions I didn't feel rushed, I was fully listened to, and all my questions were answered. What sets Richer Sounds apart from other retailers is the fact that the staff aren't there to try and upsell; they will go to great lengths to ensure that you get what you need, not what they want you to buy.

The delivery service was from DPD. I was given the option to change the delivery day to one that was convenient, and a time slot was provided on the morning of the delivery day.

Overall, an excellent experience. I have shopped with Richer Sounds in the past, and I have no doubt that I will again in the future.

I had an issue with my original purchase, a majority turntable found the platter was warped, so contacted the web sales and they said to return it back to us or a store. I took it back to the Brighton store and spoke to Jay. He was very helpful, I wanted a different brand . He suggested the Argon TT mk2. I was very happy to pay the extra cost and walked away with a much better turntable.. I’m very pleased with the Argon turntable and the service I received from Jay and the team at Brighton. Great service and advice with new turntable and speakers. Very impressed by the ability to audition different kit and the help with recommendations to get the speakers that we liked.

Took time to understand our needs and suggest alternatives to the turntable we called about to make sure we got the right product. Offered to price match where available. Ordered effectively over the phone and was ready next day to collect. Could not fault the service provided.

Went to get a tv from the Brighton store on Saturday. The one we have was purchased from Richer Sounds quite a long time ago. As soon as we explained roughly what we wanted, Jay took us through a number of options. Never tried to push us, but just gave advice based on what we wanted. He listened to all of our questions and gave his recommendations based on them. It was really nice experience. We have purchased a tv based on Jays advice. It will be delivered this week, but the experience in the Brighton store was brilliant.

Friendly and knowledgeable service, listened to our needs and budget. Been using this store for many years, and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. The delivery service was also excellent as well.

Ordered to be delivered to store.. which it was the next day, updated by DPD with time slot, backed up from call from the shop to say it was ready for collection.. also had the option of free delivery to my home .. and obviously the TV wasn’t available any cheaper elsewhere.. plus 6 year warranty

The assistant I talked to was very informative and helped me choose the best mini system for my room. Free delivery was an important factor in my ordering from Richer Sounds.

After along absence Richer Sounds were just as friendly and helpful as ever and quickly provided an improved replacement - breathtaking!

Four years into its 6-year warranty, my Freesat box started giving problems. Brighton store sent it away for repair but when it came back it still kept freezing. The staff at Brighton were excellent and very willing to help in any way possible. I was offered replacement with a brand new box of similar capacity and value. The extended warranty I bought initially was fully honoured. Great service!

I always do some research beforehand. But it's good to visit the store and be informed of options that I'd maybe not considered. I never feel like the staff (in Brighton) are trying to upsell anything that I don't need, which builds an element of trust, making me a return customer.

The Brighton shop representative was knowledgeable on tv’s and guided me through selection. Having brought items there before I was given an extra £50 off the 75 inch tv, plus the added bonus of a six year warranty. The final icing on the cake was the interest free terms over 12 months.

I needed some information on a new TV and Charlie & Toby were very knowlegable , helpful & friendly .
Toby explained everything to me clearly so that I could make a suitable choice on the best product for me .
