Richer Sounds - Bournemouth Omdömen 

Called in because I was looking for a price match and they couldn't have been more helpful. Price was matched (and reduced further), delivery was super prompt and I received a call a few days after to check if everything was ok and if I had any questions. Can't fault them and will look to buy from them again.

What made your experience great? Being able to ring up and speak to a real person who gave very good advice enabling me to buy a product that is working well and within my budget.

I wanted and new replacement TV. I did not really know what make or the type that I wanted. I had looked online and been to another national electrical retailer. This had left me a bit confused.

On visiting Richer Sounds in Bournemouth, I was greeted by Paul who spent time explaining the pros and cons of the different types of TVs and makes.

With the information that Paul provided I was confident in my decision on which TV to purchase which I did in store,

Having checked prices I found that the cheapest place to buy was in fact Richer Sounds.

The delivery of the TV was the next day, and I was kept informed at all stages of the delivery.

Having setup my new LG 28inch OLED TV I could not be more pleased with my decision to buy from Paul at Richer Sounds.

Received helpful and knowledgeable advice when acquiring floor standing speakers from the Bournemouth branch. A very pleasant buying experience and I felt they were genuinely interested in ensuring I ended up with the right speakers and sound.

Great advice that helped me fix a problem

Fantastic experience with very knowledgeable staff, excellent honest advice, nothing pushed just open conversations no pressure to buy. I bought a projector from Richer Sounds because they gave me a better price than I could find anywhere else, including online and they made it easy to buy and collect from store as my choice of delivery location. Definitely 5 star service.

Very informative, Great offer and also showed me other options that were cheaper (that I ultimately didn't take, the thought was nice however). Helped me take it down the road to put in the car. Lovely service.

My speakers arrived with a small area of damage where clearly the carrier had dropped the box on its corner - hard.
I phoned and they asked for some photos and then replaced immediately.
