I received the text message to schedule the service appointment, after that the screen went blank and I received no confirmation email or text. So how am I supposed to know that the appointment I scheduled is actually schedule? I will have to wait until the night before to see if I get a phone call. The link that was originally sent to schedule the appointment is now expired.

Delivery service was seamless

Furniture was not delivered (wasn’t even on the truck). This entire experience has been such a hassle and reflects incredibly poorly on a brand I used to go to for my all my furniture needs. This is the fifth - fifth! - missed tech visit or delivery for the same piece of furniture. I’ve had enough.

I had been calling to get replacement knobs for my furniture. And I had missed the phone call and when I was calling back multiple times on that day and on different days the recording would say sorry we missed your call and I could not leave a message. Once someone called today I was finally able to get a price of the knobs and order them. 3 stars because of calling and no one answering. The lady I spoke to today would get a 5 star for giving me the information I needed and even called me back to make sure I received the link for the order and payment.

Ray, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable and listened well to our needs. He was friendly and personable.

One star only because you can’t select zero stars. It has been months since I have had someone come to assess a defective drawer. I have called multiple times for an update. No one seems to be capable of providing any direction or insight to where they are in the process. Horrific customer service.

My sales person presented herself very professionally and appeared as if she truely cared more about making me comfortable and happy with my decision vs making a sale.

Everyone was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I had a medical emergency situation and needed quick service- the entire teamed helped make it happen!

Premium protection plan claim was handled with efficiency and expertise.
I couldn't be happier with the entire experience from initial call to delivery.

What I did not like is I was provided with a code for $25 off the purchase. I entered the code at checkout and was told it would only work if purchase was over $500 .. purchase was over $1,300 so code should have worked .. I still purchased the furniture, however you should not send codes for $25 off initial purchase if it will not work or is not valid. Other than that the experience was nice
