To be honest there wasn't much I liked about my experience.
The site is unwelcoming, the staff didn't seem to be engaging enough when it came to customer service.
I went in for a air con regassed, but when I collected the car they told me that my tyres were coming close to the limit of 1.6mm, so mine were 2mm on both front, 3mm on rear nearside and 7mm on offside rear... All legal, but when they suggested I changed the two front, I declined, and the judgemental look I got from your employee was not required.
I have since sold the vehicle, but my experience is one that has made me decide to shop around in the future.

Price was reasonable, staff were polite and the job was completed satisfactorily

Booked MOT over phone + 1 new tyre.
Asked to arrive 1 Hr early to fit new tyre - thought that was a bit long.
Had a small issue which was quickly dealt with.
Apart from that service was fine.

I've used Protyre for all my cars for 20 years. Disappointingly i sent my wife for simple puncture repair for her to bombarded by upselling attempts to change all 4 tyres as "the repair would not last" and the the tyres were down to 3mm (very much rounded down i may add). These are tactics you find as other tyre factors and Protyre has now battled to match them at the bottom of the pond.
