Store Manager Fahad is one of the best…

Store Manager Fahad is one of the best lads I have ever dealt with, he helped me with a brand new phone as well as offered me a full set up for the phone. Prices was really cheap as compare to other shops in town along with the best service. Thank You

I went to IMobile today and was so welcomed by Florin and another guy. They were so helpful and friendly and made my experience wonderful.

Revisited the nottingham store

Revisited the nottingham store. Current manager has a brilliant customer service and honestly can't fault the service provided to me today. I will totally recommend.

Precious photos and messages

Prashan was very helpful in getting me the new phone. He kept me updated until the phone arrived and all my data was transferred to the new phone. Superb service by all the staff who dealt with my problem and saved precious irreplaceable memories on my old phone. A deep thanks 🙂

AVOID - WARRANTY SCAM

Got an iphone screen replaced. Within a couple of weeks the screen was clicking and popping. The screen had not been fitted properly so I had to take it back. They replaced the screen under warranty and it was fine for a couple of months. Then all of a sudden while using the phone the screen went green and it had lines all over the display. I took it back to the shop and they tried to argue it wasn't under warranty and i had to pay for another screen replacement. The phone had not been dropped, damaged or wet for the screen to immediately fault like that. I took it to a nearby competitor and they confirmed it was a fault with the screen and it had not been damaged.

Do not use IMobile - they use faulty parts, do not fit parts properly and their warranty is not fit for purpose.
